Unit clean but lacked attention to detail. 1 roll of loo paper for 2 people. Tissue box empty. Globes blown. Very dated with rusting washer & dryer. No cafe, restaurant or convenience store within walking disance. The lift and parking were appreciated. The view is spectacular. The shower is strong and hot and the bed comfortable. If you are fully self-contained and intend to be outdoors most of the time this will suit. But at $250 a night it's an expensive way to store your luggage.

Lovely spot, the apartment open directly onto a beach which is safe for swimming. Fans and airconditioning to deal with the humidity made it a relaxing stay.

The amazing view from the balcony was breathtakingly awesome! A wonderful spot to unwind, relax and enjoy the view. Facilities are well maintained and clean. A comfortable stay.

If you want a seaside oceanview place this place is for you and not busy and the balcony that looks out to the bay is beautiful. Swimming in the ocean right on the doorstep and crystal clean ocean great for snorkeling. The only downside was the frying pan and cutlery was put back in the cupboard dirty not washed still had food on them. But everything else was perfect and nice easy checkin and your own car park has a lift so no stairway walks, and if you don’t like open ocean swimming a nice clean pool awaits with bbq..thank you. Will be back

What a find - we were desperately trying to find last minute accommodation & stumbled upon Rose Bay Resort & managed to get the last apartment. From now on it would be my first choice. Location is fabulous right on the beach with no road in front. Well equipped apartment staff very friendly & helpful (only saw 1 lady who seemed to be a Jack of all trades!) Great place to unwind - Beach was beautiful with a nice long beach walk at Kings Beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relax & unwind. Horseshoe Bay just around the corner with a great cafe serving all day into the night for meals if you want to go out to eat. Will definitely be back.

I was looking for a nice quiet and relaxing weekend away to rejuvenate myself. The room was excellent absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The room was clean, the resort was well designed and clean, the grounds were beautiful, the pool was awesome. Just loved everything about this resort, I will definitely be keeping it on my list of favourite places to go for a chill out.
