To enter the condo, guests will climb one flight of stairs from the parking lot level. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an entryway with a short hallway leading to both bedrooms and stairs leading up to the living area. Upstairs is the great room with amazing vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with surround sound, Roku, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The picture windows and sliding glass doors open to a private covered deck with a chaise-lounge, chairs and a small table, enjoying views of the San Miguel River and across the valley. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the kitchen, which has black granite countertops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Ninja blender, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal.
