我們溫馨的家配備一張特大床、兩張大床和兩張上下鋪（下鋪為大床，上鋪為加長單人床），最多可容納 12 位顧客。我們非常歡迎來蒙特雷地區遊玩的家庭入住，並設有遊戲室和寬敞的院子供孩子們玩耍。我們不僅提供舒適的空間，還提供各種便利設施，讓您賓至如歸，包括齊全的廚房電器和用具，方便您大展廚藝。孩子們可以在遊戲室盡情玩耍，大人們則可以放鬆身心。遊戲室配備四人籃球機、桌上足球、泡沫飛斧、飛鏢靶、棋盤遊戲和智能電視，孩子們可以玩上好幾個小時。我們的家位於南薩利納斯一個環境優美、安靜的社區，靠近眾多景點。短途車程即可到達：薩利納斯機場和蒙特雷動物園，約10分鐘拉古納塞卡賽道、奧多納塔酒莊和手推車/軌道腳踏車之旅，約15分鐘蒙特雷灣水族館和卡梅爾小鎮，25分鐘聖克魯斯、大蘇爾和聖何塞國際機場，50-60分鐘沿途還有眾多海灘和徒步路線！您可以使用整棟房屋（車庫除外），包括設備齊全的廚房、4間臥室、2.5間浴室、遊戲室和寬敞的後院。車道可停放3輛車，房屋外街邊停車位充足，位於安靜的街區。每個房間都配備幹凈的床單和毛巾。浴室配備高品質洗漱用品，包括洗髮水、香皂、吹風機和熨衣板。我們將為您提供咖啡和茶，供您整個入住期間享用，包括電熱水壺、滴濾咖啡機和法壓壺。我們提供高速互聯網，配備3個網狀路由器，確保每個房間都能覆蓋網絡。屋內設有3台智能平板電視，您可以登錄自己的流媒體應用，或通過免費的Xumo或Pluto TV觀看直播頻道。我們採用自助入住和退房流程，使用密碼鍵盤。密碼將在您預訂後通過私信發送給您。這是一棟家庭住宅，因此請您尊重房屋和鄰里。請勿舉辦大型派對或製造噪音。鄰居們都很友善，但如果您擾亂秩序或從事非法活動，他們也會毫不猶豫地報警。只有您預訂的顧客才能進入房屋。室外監控攝像頭將監控所有進出人員。請放心，屋內沒有其他任何安保或監控設備。對於任何個人財產的被盜或損壞，包括房屋內外以及您的車輛，我們概不承擔任何責任。我們提供完全遠程入住服務，無需與顧客進行任何接觸。但我們住在附近，如有需要，可以上門處理任何問題。入住時間為下午 4 點，根據您要求的入住時間，可收取少量費用提前入住或延遲退房。如果您乘坐的是紅眼航班或航班延誤，請提供手機上的相關證明或帶有日期的登機牌，我們將酌情處理。如果您遇到車輛故障或交通延誤，請在延誤開始後立即與我們聯繫，並告知我們您的新抵達時間。行李寄存服務收費 20 美元。關於寵物：禁止攜帶寵物。關於退房：退房時間為上午 11:00 前。關於孩童：允許 3 至 17 歲的孩童入住。關於入住：入住時間為下午 4:00 後。關於吸菸：禁止吸菸。關於最低預訂年齡：最低租客年齡為 18 歲。關於活動：禁止舉辦任何活動。
