Brand new Nest bedding mattress, new down comforters with duvets, new linens, new pillows, beach towels, boogie boards, beach buckets and chairs provided, new 4K flat screen TV s in EVERY room, premium cable with recording capabilities, a FULLY equipped chefs kitchen for making any meal you can dream up, PRIVATE fenced yard, backyard propane BBQ grill, covered outdoor ping pong table and washer/dryer all available to make your vacation convenient and EXTRA special! Many beach chairs and items are offered. Please be courteous to us and our future guests by caring for, cleaning and placing any items used back where they belong. Driveway is large enough to accommodate up to 3 cars. Pack n Play with baby crib attachment available for use. Guests are responsible for maintaining propane for the grill.
