The intercoastal waterway and family friendly beaches are just minutes away. Conveniently located on the first set of canals you are only 5 houses away from beach access and a 5-minute walk to Holden Beach Pier, Ice Cream, and the Shops!! This 3 BED/ 2 ½ BA family oasis boast an open concept floor plan with lofty ceilings and gorgeous exposed wood beams. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the dock.  Kitchen-When it's time for dinner, whip up something tasty in the spacious kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, large pantry and a beautiful picture window overlooking the canal and dock.  Don't worry about cleanup - just leave your dishes for the dishwasher!
