The Clancy Cottage is 800 SF with a modern/open floor plan and all the amenities needed for a comfortable experience. It is located in a relaxing setting with great views of Sheep Mountain and surrounding forest. You can relax and enjoy a Montana evening on the outdoor patio which includes a grill, propane fire-pit and hot tub. The hot tub is not available for use from Nov.1-Apr.1 due to cold weather and maintenance required; however, we provide our guests with 2 adult passes to Boulder Hot Springs. Activities enjoyed in the immediate area include hiking, disc golf, mountain biking, and ATVing. The cottage is located just 2 miles from I-15 and is a quick drive to Helena where you can enjoy dining, breweries, theater, shopping and historical places of interest. The cottage was completed in the Spring of 2022 and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer and an upstairs loft with a king bed and a designated work space. Cozy 2 bedroom house in the mountains with a central location. It is only 90 minutes away from 3 different ski resorts in the winter and 20 minutes to multiple lakes in the summer. The South Hills is home to several trails for both hiking and mountain biking. Enjoy a drink from the patio in the summer or the amazing views from the large picture window in the winter. Deer, elk and various other wildlife can be seen wondering though the property. A quiet mountain retreat that is only 5 minutes from town and all the amenities. There are 2 nicely sized bedrooms with full closets for hanging an ample room for luggage. The king sized beds are medium firm memory foam mattresses for ample support and comfort. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are tucked conveniently off the main living area, while the living room has a couch (with chaise lounger) and two accent chairs to enjoy the scenery out the front window. There is a 58" smart tv in the living room for you to stream your favorite movies or tv series. The home is also equipped with Starlink internet. There is a well-appointed kitchen with full sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and microwave.
