This house has a double covered carport and wrap-around porches on all four sides, so you have beautiful views of the lake and the mountains from almost anywhere in the house. Douglas Lake is a 30,000 acre lake with over 550 miles of shoreline. You can enjoy having your own Private Boat Ramp and your own Private Boat Dock located right there on the property! This house on the water is great for water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and swimming. If you love to fish, Douglas Lake is rated as one of the top 10 in the nation for largemouth bass.The living room is very open and spacious and features a beautiful couch, loveseat, a large flat screen TV, a gas fireplace (in season), a huge coffee table, and large end tables with plenty of room for everyone.
