The leftover 4-5 mobile homes are currently being removed and eventually will be replaced with many new tiny home stays, the area will be the future location for our beautiful tiny home village. We don't want any littering outside. - Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't. - NO SMOKING, we have an exterior covered area for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out. -During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate.
