This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space.
