Front porch, front and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy!We are located less than 1 mile from the PC City limits, a hop, skip and jump from the home!BONUS - NO Direct NEIGHBORS (closest being a few hundred yards away with an empty lot between their property and ours...... play your music, entertain and play your music at your level! (no direct neighbors to bother).Short drive down the road to Jolly Rogers (for Perch and Walleye!) and Slaters Food and Spirits, The Jet Express (to Put In Bay) as well as our local Port Clinton shops!Enjoy places like "Ala Carte", "Northern Exposure" (great gift shop) as well as places like "The GristMill", "The Bait House", "Docks Beach House", "Bootleggers", "McCarthy's Irish Pub", "The Brick House" and "Slaters Food and Spirits"!Did I mention the newly renovated Jolly Rogers Restaurant for local Perch / Walleye Dinners and more!! Hop in your car for a Short Drive to the Marblehead Lighthouse (15 mins), Cedar Point (25 mins) and all the fishing options you could possibly want (plenty of on shore spots for Dad / Daughter fishing days, and those who simply like to walk and cast.
