Private: property 320 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 1.3 km, sandy beach "Plage de Port Sable" 370 m. Sports harbour 700 m, sailing school 2.2 km, tennis 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Crouesty 700 m, Golfe du Morbihan (Port Navalo) 1 km, Thalassotherapie 2.2 km, Golf de Kervers 6.7 km, Départs vers Belle Ile, Houat et Hoedic 1 km. Hiking paths: GR34.
