The 63m² cozy apartment is located upstairs and offers an open living room with a beautiful new kitchen. There is a free Wi-Fi, a LED flat screen Smart TV and a music system available.The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two convertible single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. A fireplace makes for cozy evenings. Firewood is in the shed ready for you.The 12m² balcony offers a wonderful view of the cooling, the mill, the city and the sea and the masts of the sailboats. The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture and you can enjoy the sun from noon until sunset. Beach Runner Apartments:The apartments are designed by the architect N. Wöhlk newly created in a former Büdnerei. The house is located on a large garden plot. The three 53, 58 and 63 m² apartments stand out through a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the cooling and the mill. Marina, beach and city center are within easy reach.
