"梅菲爾飯店"(The Mayfair Hotel)

Excellent hotel stay.staff were very friendly and rooms really clean, fantastic location and right near bus stop to Swanage,Poole and walking distance to and the beach and town.The hotel was really lovely and really big .we would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely staff and very good price too ! Heart of Bournemouth and only a 5 min walk to the beach and only 10 to the town , so very convenient! You get what you pay for. Free complimentary tea and coffee in the morning was a hit! Aswell as shampoo and body wash. No complaints.

Overall good experience. Rooms were clean. I arrived 20 minutes early so, I was given nice cosy sofas to rest!! Management team and cleaning staff were really helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and it hardly took 2 minutes!! Bus stop are at stone throw distance which made my holiday easier. Overall good place to stay due to hotel staff’s attitude and connectivity to places!

We took our under 13s football team from jersey and stayed at the mayfair..everything was fantastic ..Mary the manager really looked after us ..she's amazing ..so helpful and looked after us so well ..our next visit we will definitely stay again ..thankyou Mary..

No food and drink like there website stated . Guests were ordering deliveroo or delivery from local takeaway restaurants . There's was no garden and the Bar wasn't open because they Don't have a licence atm . No pool or gym it's in another hotel down the road . Like it stated in the website when we booked. They have currently updated their website and it states No food and drink Luckily I have a screen shot photo of the old website as proof I will be taking this further No housekeeping in days . Dirty towels and linen and 1 toilets roll Really noisy and busy road .

Friendly and respectful staff, and a very nice room. A bus stop right outside with frequent busses to town centre and back which was perfect for us. Free water at the front desk which you could use at all times, iced and non iced as well. Great hotel for a great price!

The staff could not have more helpful. Lovely clean bedding and plenty of hot water. Once the bar/ restaurant is sorted it will be very very good- We would stay again and parking is a bonus. Great value for money ….…………………………………………………………………

Had a lovely stay at the mayfair. Car park and location excellent. Very close to the beach and centre. Marie, the receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The room, shower and bed were all good. Overall, I will definitely stay at the mayfair again.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is immaculate with very friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, rooms felt very new and fresh with new carpets etc. Lots of parking and a nice little garden area out the back. 5 minutes to the beach! Lovely little gem of a lace we will be staying at again.
