This property is in an ideal position for the beach, chines and Westbourne. The parking is adequate with 6 spaces for 6 apartments. We were in a ground floor apartment with a view of the garden. The furnishings were first class and of high quality beautiful blinds, towels and quality microwave, toaster, oven etc. The entrance keys proved very difficult but these were changed on the first morning and worked perfectly then. Leticia the contact was very prompt in her replies when we contacted her. Our dog was made to feel at home and loved the experience. We woukd certainly return.

We decided to visit as it appeared a fantastic location, to accommodate a weekend with our small dog, near to the beach. During the weekend stay there were some positive and constructive points to be considered by the owners: Constructive areas for improvement: Smell from shower drain (as well as being dirty). On arrival the apartment had a strong smell of drain. The shower trap should have water in prevent drain smells coming up, this was empty (and also the shower trap was filthy!) No tea towels, or oven glove if you cook during your stay. Cleaning products lacking, no cloth and spray to wipe sides. Poor communication before check in, last minute which was prompted by me calling the owner for the details. This is not "boutique" as stated in the description. Some windows don't open in the bedroom (we stayed on the first floor). Needs a deeper clean such as kitchen handles, shower trap drain etc. Only 1 of 7 bulbs in bedroom light fitting worked. No coat hangers in wardrobe. To enforce your parking rules of 5 cars, I suggest painting full lines on the drive and not just brick markers. It's extremely right for 5 cars (and we're only in a mini). Cobwebs in light fittings. Can't regulate heating of towel rail in bathroom; it's just on and it was boiling! Furniture such as dining table and coffee table are looking tired and worn. Positives: Drinks in the fridge - lovely bonus touch Great location and ideal for a small dog. Plenty of space, large apartment. There are so many small changes which could make this a superb stay; but for us it was lacking in some attention to detail.
