Unica nota positiva,la posizione vicina alla spiaggia. Circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono diverse fermate d'autobus (banlieau road e tower road le più vicine). L'appartamento non si presenta pulitissimo. Materasso troppo morbido, coperte ruvide. La cucina è stata ricavata in uno spazio risicato. L'abbiamo trovata sporca e impolverata. La porta del frigo non si apre completamente (sbatte contro il muro). Il bagno è forse la parte peggiore. Calcare ovunque. In dotazione 2 teli doccia e un solo asciugamano per 2 ospiti! La cosa peggiore e più grave,a mio avviso, il piatto doccia con una grande crepa. Pericolosa,alto il rischio di lacerarsi un piede. Hanno cercato di ripararla con scarsissimi risultati. Da sostituire. Altra cosa veramente strana...agli ospiti viene richiesto di gettare la spazzatura prima di lasciare la camera. Veramente inconcepibile! Le foto del gestore sono veramente ben fatte e fanno apparire tutto migliore di quanto sembri, molto piu veritiere quelle pubblicate dagli utenti. Non lo consiglierei.

Upon arrival, it became clear that the accommodation did not match the description provided at the time of booking. The issues included: A leaking shower, which created an unsafe and uncomfortable bathroom environment No blinds or coverings on the windows, significantly compromising privacy A rusty kitchen knife, raising hygiene and safety concerns. The 2 sky lights could not be closed properly. Internet intermittent. Hearing could not be switched. These conditions were unacceptable and not in line with what was advertised. I documented the issues and attempted to resolve the matter by contacting both the property multiple times — six emails and two text messages to date — without receiving any response or support.

The Alexander room from the first entrance gives the impression of a rich space but unfortunately it has nothing to do with prestige. It looked like for a long time no one had invested in things that are worth repairing from time to time (the shower was cracked and glued with silicone, the TV remote control was broken and glued, the window blind was broken the light from the lantern came in at night, the radiator was coming off the wall, the ironing board was old and dirty, the TV worked sometimes and sometimes not, the light in the bathroom did not work properly and by the mirror it did not work at all) not to mention the cleanliness of the room, dust everywhere, food in the sink and limescale in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty drawers with things from previous guests. I contacted the owner but unfortunately he did not offer anything except service which is ridiculous because service should be done before receiving guests. It is a shame that we spent Easter in such a place. And it was supposed to be so beautiful.
