Close to shops and restaurants. Several desk areas ideal for remote work. 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. Sleeps up to 7.
This is a comfortable real home with a fully equipped kitchen, not a stripped-down vacation rental property.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! This is a quiet neighborhood; HOA rules stipulate quiet time after 10pm, and the neighbor's bedroom is facing our patio..In case of violations of our house rules by guests, we may:

Didn’t want to leave!
The home was perfect for us. Plenty of room and extremely clean. The view and location were great. Being right across the street from a path was really convenient, as well as being close to downtown. It really was the perfect home for our stay and we would definitely come back if we get the chance.

Great location in north Boulder
Lots of space to spread out and relax. Lovely patio and good sized kitchen. The upstairs shared barroom was a little awkward.

Graduation Celebration!
It was super convenient for my family and my parents. My sister lives in the neighborhood and we were able to walk back and forth whenever we needed. Thank you so much for making this weekend special for my family and easy to celebrate my nephews graduation.

Perfect stay at a wonderful place 💕
We stayed here for family weekend and couldn't have been happier. The place was roomy and filled with such thoughtful things. We loved the inside and outside fireplaces and the amazing trail right outside.

Excellent Choice
Great location to head to RMNP. Nice neighborhood with easy access to Pearl Street. We enjoyed the outdoor seating for meals. 6 adult family members had ample space.

Great Location - Great House - Great Amenities
This home is situated at the base of the North Foothills of Boulder. The backyard patio is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee as the rising sun turns the mountains to gold. The house is very nicely furnished, plenty of room. The homeowner is very helpful and communicative. Steps away from hiking and a short ride to groceries and restaurants. 5 stars

Perfect home.
The house was perfect for family, very well appointed, had a great outdoor space for grilling, and in a superb location right next to trails in the foothills and very convenient to everything in Boulder.
