溫馨飯店(Hotel Cosy)

L'accueil était très bien. La femme qui nous a accueilli explique bien le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et très vite nous nous retrouvons en chambre. Cependant, pour reprendre point par point la description de l'hôtel : - "les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat" = si en effet on avait bien une télé celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas ou plutôt n'avait accès à aucun programme - le wifi gratuit = nous sommes restées deux nuits et pendant la moitié du séjour je ne pouvais pas faire de recherches internet l'accès était comme limité et c'est bien embêtant pour prévoir le trajet de la journée. Après comme je l'ai dit ce n'était que pendant une journée, peut-être le réseau était défecteux uniquement à ce moment là - le parking gratuit = non, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privatif, il est possible de se garer dans la rue mais celle-ci est étroite et les places sont vites limitées Autrement, la chambre est agréable, la salle de bain est spacieuse et confortable. Petit problème d'isolation cependant on entend parfaitement les voix et l'aspirateur le matin dans le couloir. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. En soit, quelques mauvaises surprises qui font baisser la note mais l'hôtel reste vraiment correct.

Bij het naar toe rijden 2 x bericht gekregen dat visakaart werd geweigerd..wij vonden dat heel verdacht...bij aankomst hotel wel wat voor 15u..niemand aanwezig...telefonisch waren ze niet bereikbaar.... hotel ziet er verloederd uit! Volgens toeristische dienst van Bouillon is het hotel niet meer open! Zij ook geprobeerd hotel te bereiken! Niks! Weekend was om zeep! Om 17u belt de eigenaar waar we zijn??? Volgens hem enkel open om 15u??? Welk hotel heeft geen receptie en is niet open gans de dag?.... 5 min later werd geld gereserveerd op visa!! Wij hadden zeker geen zin meer om daar te verblijven...het vertrouwen is compleet weg! Wij laten dit nie zo !

Onthaal / receptie: donker ruimte- rommelig -Niemand aanwezig; gevraagd om te bellen , geen bel te vinden -Dan maar "hallo" roepen “chef” in de keuken, geen begroeting, nors - betaalkaart automaat buiten gebruik; cash te betalen! Onze kamer :Deluxe kamer nr.7 ; eerste verdiep - Geen lift, trap naar boven, niet zo net tapijt, muffe geur -Kleine kamer, vuile venster, spinnenweb in kast, springveren matrasbed - geen gordijnen, rolluik bediening werkt niet; de eigenaar waarschuwde dat bij de bediening het rolluik met de hand moest gestopt worden! - uitzicht op een vervallen tuin Kortom: een "nachtmerrie"; hebben na betaling vriendelijk bedankt en zijn vertrokken.

Au réservation télephonique on nous promets une chambre avec vue sur le chateau;en arrivant il n'y a qu'une chambre derrière avec seul une petite fenêtre derriere sans aucun vue. Pas de menu enfant, couloir et chambre sombre avec peu d'éclairage; ampoules grillés; double prix pour weekend du 21 juillet +supplément de 50 euro demandé en noir (cash) pour le repas d'enfant. Meubles vétustes et usées, style brocante

cosy est le bon mot ...Madame souriante et charmante - très bel accueil - chambre propre et nette - tons chaleureux - souper succulent - petit déjeuner varié - très belle vue sur le château et la ville

Intiem hotel met authentieke interieur. We hadden een van de weinige kamers met mooi uitzicht over Bouillon. De eigenaar kookt zelf en heeft een eigen menu dus heel verrassend en zeer smakelijk! Leuk om naar het kasteel te wandelen.

Une simple nuit passée. Chambre simple. Petit déjeuner: bien à part la présence du chat des propriétaires dans le restaurant sans surveillance! Les restaurants de la ville sont quasi tous fermés le lundi et mardi, pas de possibilités de manger à l'hôtel! L'appareil pour payer ne fonctionne pas.

We had booked a deluxe double room for a one night stay on 26th December 2023 via *********** and paid for the room via bank transfer on 15th December. On arrival no-one was around and no bell or other means to attract someone's attention was available and we had to wait several minutes for someone to turn up. First issue with this hotel - We were given our key to our room which turned out not to be a deluxe double room but a twin. Later that evening whilst visiting family we received a message through Booking and also an email stating that an attempt to take payment from our card had been attempted but had been declined - card invalid. I contacted the hotel by phone and was told it must have been a mistake and to ignore it. On returning that evening, still no-one around to speak to. I then later still that evening received a further email stating that our booking has been cancelled whilst we were actually still in the room! Given the late hour I thought no more of it and decided to speak in the morning to the hotel staff. However, as on the previous day there was no sign of any staff so was unable to do so. So we had breakfast (breakfast was fine although the coffee was cold having already been poured into pottery coffee pots and left on hot plates) left the key on the counter and left, intending to review our stay on our return. However as the hotel had cancelled our stay we were unable to do so. Indeed initially the hotel showed up on *********** as no longer taking bookings through the site! On our return home, it appeared that Cosy Hotel had just newly joined Booking .com! Eventually speaking to someone at *********** it seems this cancelling of the stay is a way to avoid having a review! We still have not been able to get an answer from the hotel as to why we were not given the room paid and booked for. Very unsatisfactory.

I liked the cleanlinss, service and location. Also, nearby parking was actually easy to find on the street.
