西雅圖北部博塞爾舒適飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell – Seattle North)

Despite being an older building, property is well maintained with friendly staff. Room was clean, bed and sheets were comfortable as well. Only major complaint was the loud fridge and bathroom fan. Location is conveniently located right off the highway and surrounded with grocery stores, starbucks, restaurants etc. Overall a good experience and would come back again.

This was a last minute booking due to power outage at home. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance and a supermarket and drug store as well. Its easy access to the freeway with plenty of gas stations nearby too. The buffet breakfast was free and well stocked. All in all a great place to stay.

The property is old and rundown. Popcorn ceiling all around makes it look like we are in the 50s. Stains in the curtain and bathtub, very gross. The bathtub drain is very slow. The woman in the front desk was very rude. One morning we wanted to use the restroom in the lobby after breakfast but it ran out toilet paper so we asked for one. She said if we were guests, we should have used the toilet in our room. We told her that it was used (we were a family of 4) and we just wanted to use the restroom in the lobby because we just had breakfast there. She was giving us a hard time saying that the restroom was only for employees (it didn't have that sign, it had a huge restroom sign), she said we had to wait for the housekeeping the next day to get the toilet paper, etc. After a while, she gave in and she took the toilet paper which was apparently was stored right behind her! She was just totally lazy and rude!

The hot water was brown when turned on.. I couldn’t take a shower or have a bath and or use any of it until in the last half hour before checking out. I informed the front desk about the problem and could not accommodate someone coming to check while me and the family was in the room ,but they said that they couldn’t send someone until the room was vacated.. also because I booked through ******* there was nothing they could do.. I had to attend a conference for two days so the stay was horrible without being able to take a proper shower at least.. I had booked another room also ,so I was able to use that one to wash and all.. I didn’t expect any of these to happen..
