The loudest hotel I ever stayed it. It wasn't the construction going on in the building below us either. It was the neighbors on both sides all night and the thin walls which apparently they forgot to soundproof when they did the recent remodel. The new heating/cool system ****** and was so loud every time it went on. Also the whole wall on which the mini fridge and microwave were located must have had a blown fuse because not one plug worked.

I was not impressed with this hotel. I did not know that it was under construction. My husband had his cell phone stollen from the breakfast area. The rooms were clean but the downstairs front desk area and dinning area where breakfast was being served was stock pilled and look awful. We ended up changing hotels.

This was not a good experience. The floors were very dirty the bed was way too high for a disabled person and the toilet seat was broken which was also bad for a disabled person. The wrong size sheets were on the bed. The suitcase stand was filthy and sticky!. Won’t be staying at this hotel again ever and we have always in the past had a great experience at Holiday Inn Expresses.expresses all along the west coast. Someone needs to go through this hotel and bring it up to holiday Inn express standards.

When we checked in and went to our room, it was very smelly upon opening the door. You could smell the mold in the air. We turned on the lights and there were soiled dirty carpet that was hard to even imagine walking on. There was a very bright light coming through the window that made sleeping almost impossible. We went to the desk to share with them that I have a COPD infection and that this room would not be good for my health. The desk clerk Samantha, was very unhelpful. She said there was nothing she could do and we had to stay in that room. I asked if there were other rooms and she said yes but she could not change our room as Holiday Inn Olivier does not allow that — it is against their policies. Then at the time there was a woman with no top with a towel wrapped around her breast and no shoes and her partner who was very intoxicated and no shoe started to check in. It was 1:30 we had no choice but to sleep in the room. I woke up coughing and my eyes were swollen. In the morning during check out a new person was at the desk. She was very helpful, apologized— I told her that I had asked Samantha to call her supervisor but she would not. I do not think this room nor the way we were treated is normal for Holiday Inn. I recommend renovating this room and giving employees more training and to have the training be towards helping customers have a positive experience and concerns about health issues.

From all holiday inn's branches this is the best one I ever experienced. i've been told the hotel Was fully renovated last year and the room i'm staying is awesome

Both rooms I was given were ridden with mold. The bed smelled awful and was clearly saturated with mold spores. Unfortunately, I did not notice the smell until the third day because it seemed to have been masked by some disinfectant. I began experiencing symptoms of mold sickness (sore throat, coughing) after the first two nights, but I did not realize the symptoms were mold-related until I was finally able to identify the smell as mold two days later. The second room I was offered had lines of black mold surrounding the entire window frame, and the sill was virtually submerged in a pool of moisture. I suspect the mold pervades the entire hotel as there is not sufficient dehumidification. The building is a health hazard to its staff and guests, and it should be closed down until the mold can be remediated and preventative measures are put in place.

We stay here once per year except 2022 when it was under renovations. They did a great job renovating and freshening up. Lobby and breakfast area are more open.

Very nice hotel that accepted our cats. Dani was very professional at the front desk. We left a night light in our room and we got it back when I called.
