기본 시설 잘 되어있고, 편리하고 깔끔함. 숙소내에 냉장고 전자렌지 맛있는 커피머신도 만족 포인트!!! 보스턴 가면 다시 묵고 싶음.

Need to make clearer the checking in process as we had no idea we had to do this online before getting there, I feel if the patrons were older they might not be able to check in online and download apps ect, we struggled as my phone was dead from the trip ,,the guy who was in the office made It quite clear that he was leaving at 6 and the manager lady was not contactable…..and wasn’t very forthcoming with a power point so I could quickly plug phone in to get the check in done….he left after removing us from the office….luckily we managed to get into the digital door lock about 10 mins after he left as I was able to get into the app and download code…apart from this a nice hotel.

Great location. My room was located on the 1st floor which is part underground so the windows were street level and people walking by could easily see in. When I pulled the shade there was zero natural light. I asked to be moved to a higher level via chat and the response was immediate. I was given a room on the top floor and it was SO much better. The customer service was awesome! I booked through ******* and wonder if that’s why my initial room was such a bad location?

We booked an ADA room and they gave us a non-compliant room. My husband is a double amputee and it was impossible for him to move in that tiny tiny room, shower, go to the restroom. There is no front desk. There are no extra towels. I would never stay here again. Don’t do it. They wouldn’t even refund our room so we could book somewhere my husband could navigate.

The things that were not correct got fixed during the stay. It was not made clear initially that a cot was a 'Pack & Play' and not a cot that an adult could use.

Great property and location, perfect for a game at Fenway. TV’s/Roku don’t always work which was annoying. Not enough towels.

Building was lovely, area was great!! Room was large, bathroom was small, but adequate. Unfortunately there was no wifi for two days (and no tv as it needs an internet connection)

Travelers leaving late in the afternoon, beware that there is no office staff and not enough luggage storage space. This costs just as much as professional hotels nearby, but there is no room cleaning (we are even given instructions to take the trash out), and no office staff (a phone number was given, but long wait time on pickup meant I never talked to anyone at this business).

Stayed at other Sonder properties before and they were always too notch Found this one to be dated interiors with extremely small rooms. Definitely avoiding this location in the future
