Absolutely disappointing stay!
For the price I paid, I expected much better. The room was tiny with small windows that let in freezing air — by the next morning, we both had sore throats from the draft. The towels were dirty, the only “toiletry” provided was a tiny piece of soap instead of proper shower gel, and parking was a complete nightmare.
To make things worse, at 8 a.m. we were woken up by the housekeeper vacuuming right outside our door. I’ve stayed in other hotels from this franchise before and always had a good experience, but this one was a total disappointment

Communication with Sonder via email and App went well. We received code for front door and room, fortunately since there is no attendant.
Rooms were nice and hotel was clean but shower in bathroom did not work properly. Shower head shot water in a stream towards the curtain and could not be adjusted. The hand held shower would not turn on - bad since this was a handicap accessible room with seat in shower.

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación, está cerca de todo, ya sea caminando o en metro. Cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y lugares que puedes ir a visitar sin complicarse. La habitación es amplia, tiene refri, micro y cafetera.
Lo único que no me encantó es que nunca te hacen limpieza de habitación y para estancias q son de una semana si cuesta un poco.

First time in a Sonder. Takes a little to get used to the do it yourself concept. Nice place, very convenient and quiet. We arrived early, and the luggage lockers were full but the concierge kindly let us leave our bags with him and then brought them up to our room. Nice room but lacked drawers for storage. There was a plastered over patch on the ceiling but not painted. The toilet roll holder was loose. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Skip this joint
Awful place. Check-in was protracted to say the least. Required multiple attempts to achieve. Then room was cold. Sconce at bedside would not turn off. Could not unscrew lightbulb. It finally fell off wall - clearly had been off wall previously and was hanging by a thread. Toilet ran all night. Would not flush! Bathroom floor was 30 degrees! Finally the hairdryer they said they didn’t supply but was in the room blew the breaker and most of the lights in the room went out! The breaker box would not open so I had to live in the dark! Extremely unpleasant experience. Oh, good thing I didn’t have a computer - no outlet at desk! Why have a desk! Absolutely terrible room.

Loved the location
It was perfect location for seeing the sights in Boston. Nice area. Close to all the tourist spots I wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was really small. We had stayed there before in another room and it was great. This time we payed more and the room was tiny, we couldn't even open our luggage.
