A very pleasant stay & great hospitality + BIG thanks to Raj for the lovely breakfast

Clean and comfortable ensuite with proper walk in shower. Breakfast available £10 cooked English etc Tv good size and picture. Matching furniture Bed was comfortable king size, slept well. Parking no problem Near Boscombe beach and pier

It was so bad we wouldn't stay. We went and found a different hotel. Toilet door wouldn't close, bedroom walls dirty and badly needed plastered and painted. Wardrobe couldn't be used as the chest of drawers was blocking it. There was only one hard chair between two of us. Couldn't get to the widow as the bed was pushed up against it.

Lovely staff!! Breakfast could of been of better quality! But we had a great stay,staff where very nice.

Check in was ok, room was small, only one chair, one mains socket was broken, nobody on site to serve at the bar (eventually I served myself), sink not big enough to fit the kettle in, had to operate the kettle on the floor as the mains lead was not long enough, the wardrobe door did not open as it was too close to the chest of drawers, no fridge, breakfast was £21 and they did not serve anything cooked.

Despite the owner being friendly we were really disappointed with our stay. The bedroom was dingy and very dated. The toilet roll holder was broken, there was no hand towel, Just the two towels for each of us. No bath mat which poses a health and safety risk. The soap dispenser was almost empty which was shocking in the Covid times that we live in. The cooked breakfast was really disappointing, we werent asked what we would like we were just served a really poor cooked breakfast. The continental breakfast was substantial for the price. The location of the hotel was good as it was near the beach. The breakfast room was nice but I think the cutlery should actually be on the table as opposed to being in one container that everyone puts their hands in. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think that improvements really need to be made.

Nice enough place. Could've found better in the area. Heating was limited. Was offered a heater on check in but declined. Wasn't expecting literally no heating til 5pm next evening. No heating in bathroom. Towels were old and barely even covered an adult male. Good TV. Crap curtains. Ok bed. Wouldn't stay again.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Service, Very Comfortable Rooms, Clean, Quiet, Great Facilities. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Owners were very welcoming and helpful, friendly environment. My kids loved it there
