I have yet to go wrong with a travelogue, they do it well and you know what to expect of the room, a double in my case, which are by and large the same. The size is good, the amenities are there, the shower is good, the bed is comfortable, need more be said

Great position and very helpful staff. The bar and restaurant are convenient but are very plain and not warm. Parking is not included and it’s certainly not cheap at 7£ per day. Not what I would consider value for money. It’s also in need of some renovations.

Not bad for small family vacation . Services are great. Boys are helpful. As I’m also a Travelodge employee , not expecting much from this hotel. Location was also good as we can take local transport to go sea beach . Hotel needs more cleaning and damp maintenance. My kids are enjoying staying hotel apart from keep loosing wifi connection. Staff need to know key cut need to be done till checkout day. We have to keep update key cut everyday which is quite forestation for my family . Top up also need to check as HK missies our 2nd day top up. Overall is ok . Can be improve . Thank you

Stayed here for a few weeks for a training course! All staff were lovely but exceptional service from Tomasz at reception! Always smiling and chatty! Plenty of option at breakfast, evening food was always lovely and rooms were always well presented and to top it off its only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The only downside was the parking, a very tight car park and not many spaces but is still doable. Would happily stay here again. Love from the ambulance staff 🚑

The room had sash upvc windows with the top one open in a disabled room. Felt embarrassed to have to go back downstairs to ask a member of staff who couldn't understand me too close the window and get the spare pillows down from a 6 feet high shelf. Mande me feel unwelcome. The breakfast was not as advertised. Juice was water, no fruit, cooked was cold and old. Under ground car park was dirty, wet, very differcult to navigate with all the steel supports for the building. I had my wife crying durring the stay and afterwards. Had to get money back. Worst travellodge ever. Will not stay here again.

I love the day with this hotel and the room was so clean and the staff was so kind and they serve the drinks till Morning and the Customer service was good. Especially night staff Vinni and rohal was so cool appreciate their efforts and Manager is too helpful. Suggest for near stay to beach and town centre.

Reception and dining area are in the same location, so not conducive if diners wanted privacy. However, throughout the hotel everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms have their own radiators so guests are not at the mercy of a general heating system. Our bed was very comfortable with whiter than white sheets and the bathroom was clean and well maintained and towels were in plentiful supply. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the general ambience was warm and welcoming. A bonus is the location which is on a main road, served by numerous buses to town and further afield. We went to Salisbury on an X3 bus which stops outside the hotel. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would return should we find ourselves in Bournemout again.

I had a great stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I loved the select of hot drinks provided in the room. The night team, especially Rahool and Vinee, were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Their attentive service and friendly attitude really stood out. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

OK base for a night or two. A few niggles e.g. hot room, dirty windoes, unlockable and potentially dangerous windows, generally clean accommodation. Breakfast options - stick to the cereals, fruit, make your own toasted bread/bagels as the cooked breakfast was warm-cool at best. Breakfast not reflective of price paid in my opinion.

We were supposed to stay in an AirBnb for the night with our 7 month old baby. However it was not clean or safe for us, so we had to find alternative accommodation. We were able to book the travelodge last minute and in a family room with a cot for the baby. The staff when we arrived were helpful, particularly one guy (blonde hair) who was incredibly kind and helpful. It was exactly what we needed after an incredibly stressful day. The only ‘negatives’ I would say are the the hotel is a bit tired and could use a bit of money put into updating it slightly. However overall our experience was very positive.

It's an ok hotel for a small break Rooms nice and clean and the staff are really good and helpful . Not quite a stones throw to the main beach and shops as it is a 30-minute walk from the hotel . Happy hour on drinks between 5pm and 7pm but can only have 2 of the same drinks . Breakfast was really nice, but I would recommend getting there early as it is a self service Breakfast . God selection of food. The only downside was we were woken up around 5am. because of the delivery lorries turning up apart from that, it was ok. Probably wouldn't stay again ony because of the walk into the town. Got a taxi which cost £7 . Beware, though, they up there prices when there's an event on as we went for the air show the room was £126 ,but the same room the weekend after was prised at £46 per night.

Bobby and Rebecca were lovely hosts who made us feel comfortable immediately and assisted us with our check-in and informed us about the local entertainment, they also were very informative about the hotel and me, my girlfriend and our cat had a wonderful stay.

I'd been here before and decided to come back again based on the staff here, and the close location to the beach. Unfortunately we were all let down by staffing issues. Several people were off sick and the person in the kitchen wasn't helping. Food was taking forever to arrive and when it was served, it was served up cold. Rebecca was behind the counter and she single-handedly saved the evening, serving drinks, booking in guests, taking food orders, clearing tables, fielding complaints AND doing what she could in the kitchen to take up the slack from the chef! Thankfully by Saturday we had a full compliment of staff and the problems were over. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and the hotel was everything I expect from a Travelodge, simple, honest but comfortable. I've booked for another visit.
