"Down a dirt farm road near Vejle is Munkebjerg, with Anne serving as a cordial host. This is a good location for day trips to Ribe, Jelling, Aarhus and Legoland, plus dinners in either Vejle or Fredericia. We had a two bedroom suite and separate studio, both being clean, quiet and modern. Breakfasts were good, with Anne making an egg dish each morning. Chickens and farmstead cat mill about the pretty grounds. Upon approach, use your GPS rather than the signage, which could use some updating. Check out the “apple vineyards” nearby as a typical farm crop."
