Très bel hôtel et très bien placé..le garage est très pratique afin de se garer sans perdre de temps. Chambre confortable et moderne. Très calme aucun bruit. Très bon accueil du propriétaire des lieux. Nous y retournerons. Je vous le recommande

Prestation chambre parfaite Par contre on vous demande la veille de remplir une fiche papier pour le petit déjeuner Lorsque vous osez demander un bout de pain supplémentaire on vous indique la boulangerie Le personnel manque de classe et de savoir faire Dommage pour cet hôtel aux prestations mélangeant architecture ancienne et chambre moderne et très confortable

Where can I begin!! Although the hotel was informed of my delayed flight, in which I arrived 12 am, when I arrived at the hotel I was locked out for 20 mins and no one was at the hotel reception. I managed a to find a number to call and awaken the hotel staff from his beauty sleep. After check in, I entered the room to see the most sickening room conditions, washed up and dirty towels, the bathroom was disgusting, the toilet still had remains of who ever had diarrhea prior to my arrival. The curtains has stains, the bed side table had dust, the carpet was disgusting. Mind you it was 1 am at the time so I decided to stay one night (given I had no where else to go) so I got in bed, but as few minutes later I started ITCHING EXTENSIVELY !!! I was trying to ignore the itch just to get some rest, as I look to the side table I see THE BED BUG !!!! I packed my things and had to call the receptionist ( international call) to come to the hotel. As he came into the room I showed him all of the dirty spot ( i was using a passive approach not wanting to escalate the situation). You could not believe his response!!! I asked him for another room, knowing no other hotel would be able to receive me at 2 am, the receptionist refused and said I should leave !!!! And he charged me for the night !!! There’s more to come !! I had to wonder the streets looking for a hotel at 2 AM !!! Two days later I receive a notification stating that the Hôtel La Cour Carrée Bordeaux Centre is trying to charge me again using my credit card details provided prior to my arrival.

j'ai laissé quelque chose et ils me le renvoient !!! bel endroit en fait Super endroit avec un excellent petit déjeuner, localisation, service, très bien décoré et une très jolie terrasse. ce que j'aime le plus c'est le service fille très sympathique!!!

Hotel propre, et jolie déco, bien accueilli, le seul et gros problème on vous photocopie la cb sans demander votre avis en gage de sécurité, bien sur nous l' avons refuser !!!! Apparemment clause de l'hôtel

This is a small, somewhat quirky hotel, converted from an old building. The steps up to the first floor are old and somewhat precarious. The place is clean with excellent room service. The downside is the lack of room facilities, particularly storage space – only room to hang garments, causing us to live out of our suitcase. There is a safe, but no tea/coffee making facilities. The dining area is small and quiet, with a very acceptable continental breakfast. The front door is locked after 21:00, but it is possible to enter with a provided pass code and a contact number in case of difficulties.
