I booked for a Deluxe Room paid already through online. And I booked a Standard Room for my parents-in-law paid cash at the hotel, both for 5 days and 4 nights. When we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded our Deluxe Room to a Family Room for 3 nights without asking our permission if we are willing to take it. We appreciate the free upgrade but the problem is the Family Room is located in the penthouse or 4th floor without an elevator. To avoid being booked or transferred to different hotel. We're forced to accept the upgrade. But aside from that, there's a lot of problem in the Family Room. The sink in the kitchen's lavatory is clogged, the other room's AC is very noisy to use, and the television has broken reception that creating after images from the screen, the internet connection is ON and OFF frequently. Then we just advised that after our 3rd night in the hotel, we need to be transferred in the ground floor with no kitchen or counter, with broken bidet, the fridge is not working and there's no ventilation since there's no window for the room has been constructed with a glass as its walls.
The most terible thing happened is the brown out in the island is so frequent. And as a business owner of a hotel, they must anticipated it and provide a generator for the establishment. But the only thing happened while we're staying is to suffered by the inconvenience of not having electricity for more than 12 hours since the hotel don't have a generator, feel the hotness and the darkness of the room. No electric fan that the hotel can provide for the guest while brown out.
We directly reported this incident with the person running the establishment but their response is very poor. We tried to ask for compensation and they give unsatisfactory settlement to compensate the inconvenience experienced by their guests. But take note the service of their housekeeping, that's the only part of the hotel that I can commend.
I highly recommend to the owner of the hotel to fix the problem we encountered and address the improvement of the service providing for your guests. This comment is to help you grow your business and to provide excellent experience to your guests and future guests.
Has a balcony its very nice to chill out. Very close to the station 1 andvtobthe beach .where is no crowd. Furniture is little old. Infront of the Church. Staff is nice

Данный отель можно оценить на твердую 3. Номера уже подуставшие , за 4 дня не было ни одной уборки номера. Полотенца пока сами не сходили на ресепшн никто менять не собирался. Часто отключается электричество. По цене/ качество можно найти найти лучше отели.
