長灘島極點飯店(Pinnacle Boracay)

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of sea****. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

Had a chance to visit Pinnacle and dine at Charlie's restaurant. My favorite is their filipino style spaghetti and panini. The first time i had lunch and ordered Sinigang na Baboy last October 12,2023, it was superb and thanks to the Chef Rusty, you made it feel like home. I always come here with my spare time and make friends with the staff. Thank you to RJIE and the rest of the F&B team for accommodating us nicely when we dine. Ms Little who I bumped with, who take care breakfast is very lovely and sweet. To Ms Joy and Ms Edz for being welcoming every time had a chance to meet us at the lobby. To Jane for accommodating my reservation and Sir Ralph for helping out when i was looking for a room. Thank you Pinnacle for the experience. Will definitely comeback :)

I have been coming to Boracay since I was a teen and in over the 20 years we've been going there, Pinnacle is one of the top accommodations I've stayed in. You are greeted with warm friendly, staff and a welcome drink and the pristine rooms were spacious and felt a little luxe with the high ceilings for our family of five. The pool was a relaxing and enjoyable place to be if you wanted some respite from the busy beach (the hotel kindly provides beach towels), and the complimentary breakfast varied every day with a good variety to choose from. The staff onsite were especially attentive and always smiling, and I appreciated the thoughtful details added like the refreshments cart at the top of the stairwell that leads you to white beach. The free shuttle was also immensely helpful, particularly with our little ones in tow, and you are also a short walk from Robinsons mall which has a depar**ent store from where you can buy things that would be cheaper than at D'mall.

We spent 2 nights at the Pinnacle before we moved onto our wedding venue, The Lind. We chose to stay here as it is directly behind The Lind. We paid for a private transfer which could have ran a bit more smoothly. We had been provided with clear instructions of where we needed to go. However, we were approached by a man (not in any kind of Pinnacle uniform) who took our passports and told us to stay put whilst he disappeared for a short while in a very busy and crowded area of the airport. Once we were on the transfer van, it was absolutely fine. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly staff but unfortunately no welcome drinks as specified in our booking confirmation. The pool area is lovely and easy access to White Beach via the stairs at the side of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, I do think there could be a few more options available, especially when it came to drinks. We booked a Superior Room which was spacious and clean and absolutely perfect for our short stay. We had no view of anything though as all windows were frosted. Great value for money for the location!
