100% 一流，肯定會再住在這裡！從房間，到食物，再到位置，百分百值得稱讚！所有的工作人員都很好，除了那位戴眼鏡的女士，當我們從這裡提出問題和幫忙時，她總是皺著眉頭，生氣。

這次入住體驗一般。我們去過長灘島很多次，也住過很多不同的飯店（包括經濟型飯店）。 Zuzuni酒店的服務「對我們來說」並不好。房價偏高，房間小，設施不多，早餐只有2/5分。前台接待人員態度冷淡，缺乏熱情，不知道他們是否接受過專業的前台訓練。員工似乎都有些迷茫，既不微笑也不熱情，總之感覺彼此之間缺乏溝通。 Zuzuni酒店唯一的優點就是它位於海灘邊，除此之外還有什麼優點嗎？我想不出。長灘島還有很多服務不錯的經濟型飯店。這只是我們的個人經歷，想跟大家分享一下。

С целом неплохой отель, но очень маленькие номера, завтраки вкусные , вид из номера тоже 👍🏻но самый главный минус, это шум! Всю ночь играет музыка с соседних кафе и спать просто невозможно

本当に素敵なホテルでした！スタッフさんは皆さん優しく、笑顔でとても良い思い出になりました♪突然予約したのにも関わらず暖かく迎えていただいてとても感謝しています！また、気をつけてねと優しいアドバイスを頂いて嬉しかったです。アイランドホッピングなど、安くでご案内していただけました！station 1の目の前にあるホテルで、下のレストランもとても美味しかったです☆海が目の前にあるのが本当に素敵でした！お湯も出ます！洗濯もして頂けて、水も無料でリプレイスできました！ぜひ皆さんと待ってください♪

We had a pleasant stay at Zuzuni Hotel. Its location is very convenient, close to the beach and nearby dining spots. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although there is room for some improvement, overall it was a satisfactory experience.

The location was good. The staff were ok, house keeping were nice. Breakfast was quite poor, no juice or fruit, choices were ok but in general the food was disappointing. One hot drink only with breakfast. Wouldn't recommend to others unfortunately.
