佛得島飯店(Hotel Isla Verde)

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, la recepcionista es una grosera marginal, no se los recomiendo. No tienen agua caliente y quieren estar cobrando por hasta los manteles de abuela que colocan en las mesas, definitivamente no regresarían ni gratis, me encargaré de hacerles mala publicidad.

Awful service, it’s supposed to be a hotel but it’s actually a hostel as you are supposed to do most of the cleaning even though you are charged a cleaning fee. We had to wash most of the dishes because they had leftover food stuck to them, the beds were hard and small and the pillows were like little bricks, the fridge was warm and leaking water. No wonder it was the only “hotel” available. The only good thing about this “hotel” were the two cats and Jose Manuel, the girl with the glasses should consider doing something else, she is extremely rude and TERRIBLE at customer service. We had an issue and we were discussing it with Jose Manuel because she was escalating the whole thing with her snarky comments and know-it-all attitude and as soon as we crossed the door she insulted us, we went back and told her off because that is truly unacceptable and you can tell that she only cares about a certain type of people. I would much rather sleep on a wooden board floating in the middle of the Caldera river than coming back to this place!

The hotel is beautiful and the lodging was great. The staff was friendly efficent and helpful. We didn't know that the Boquete flower and coffee festival also had outdoor concerts EVERY night until about 4 am! It was loud and impossible to sleep without noise cancelling headphones.

Beautiful boutique property in downtown (Bajo) Boquete. Charming, individual casitas, each with kitchenette, nestled in a private botanical garden. Just a 5-minute walk from downtown Boquete. Coffee shop and top rated restaurant located right on property.

Nice set of haciendas around the property. Quiet grounds on babbling brook. Only drawback was hot water varied in quantity. Not a property problem but variety of water pressure. Not a deal breaker. Certainly would return. Would like to know if long term rentals are available.

There is a lot of vegetation around the cabins which makes you feel relaxed

We stayed in one of their zen huts and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was excellent. We had deluxe trea**ents at the spa which was also excellent.
