Fabulous guest house. Received a really nice warm welcome from Julie when I arrived. Room was lovely. Had breakfast most mornings when I had time before work, and it didn’t disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble whether I needed towels or coffee etc. I would definitely recommend, and will return if working in the area again.

We stayed at Breeze Guest House after booking to see a comedian at Salt and Tar nearby. The owners were absolutely lovely, and Julie especially went above and beyond to help us, offering travel tips, helping us with bus routes and train times, and just being so warm and friendly throughout. The place was spotless and had a real “home from home” feel. It’s definitely on the relaxed and laid-back side, their living space blends into the guest areas, and we appreciated the informal, cosy atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, and they were happy to cook it exactly how I like, especially the well-done bacon and sausage! The level of hospitality was great, and Julie is honestly one of the most welcoming and kind hosts I’ve ever met. If you’re after a warm, relaxed place with genuinely kind people, Breeze is a great choice.

Came for a night as I was filming in the area. The host was very kind and accommodating to my stay! I told them I would need to leave around 6am to get to set, which is before the breakfast time, he gave me some different old breakfast items so I could have them in the morning whenever I wanted them. The room was spacious and well equipped, everything worked well! The bathroom was very nice, clean and well equipped. I had a lovely stay and would definatly come again!

Found this guest house on Internet. I was travelling over to Liverpool for an evening game at Goodison Park. I was met at reception by Julie's mother Norma who was extremely helpful and gave me perfect directions to Goodison. I told her I had to leave early for airport next morning and she was disappointed they could not accommodate me for breakfast but I said it was far to early and not to worry. I stayed in room 4 which was a very spacious single room with all you needed TV. Wi fi etc no complaints and comfortable bed. When I returned from game there was a note(nice touch) for me saying taxi was booked for 630 and not 7 as I requested and just as well as I would have been struggling to make flight. All and all a lovely stay (pity I missed breakfast as it looked lovely on menu) Liam

Stayed here for one night, for a concert at Anfield. Everything was great! Julie the owner was so lovely and very welcoming even helping us to arrange transport back from Anfield after the concert. We had a great night sleep in the comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning was all cooked to order and was brilliant. Can’t recommend these place enough and I’m sure we will be back.

A family bereavement meant that we had to book two nights accommodation at very short notice. I left a message for the proprietor and I was called back very quickly by Julie who was kindness itself and very flexible about checking in time. We were very happy with our room which was clean and comfortable. We particularly noted the generous supply of tea and coffee and a decent sized fridge. Julie provided a very tasty and freshly cooked breakfast. There was also a good selection of cereals, yoghurt and fruit. The filter coffee was of a high standard. On the second morning Julie treated us to home made bread which was a really nice touch and going above and beyond for us. On both mornings Julie chatted with us to make sure we were okay and we felt genuinely cared for. Thank you so much. We will recommend you.
