希爾頓索特飯店(Hilton Short Hills)

호텔 주변에 상업시설이 적은것 빼고는 미국의 호텔의 전형적인 모습니다. 별도의 특별한 사항은 없으며, 대규모 연회장 및 컨퍼런스에 적합한 호텔 입니다. 앞에는 대형 백화점이 입점해 있습니다.

Overall, this is a good choice. Clean rooms and professional staff. Location is a bit isolated without a car, but a vibrant street with lots of restaurants is a few minute drive away. The main downside was the pillows. They gave us four side-sleep pillows. Did not sleep well because they are too fluffy.

1. parking garage did not have adequate room for car, was dark without adequate lighting, exit sign was placed incorrectly and signs follow an infinite circle 2. when i booked through *******, i called the hotel regarding early check in, and the hotel edited my reservation check in at 3pm. when we arrived at 2:30, the hotel said the room was not ready and to come an hour later. at 3:30pm, we came again and they said they were not ready and to come again at 4pm. at 4pm, the hotel said that because my reservation was a suite, it would require more time to clean. when i asked for the manager, the manager was extremely rude and said she would go ahead to ask housekeeping and housekeeping said no one told them to clean my suite. i was able to check in at 4:45pm, all because the front desk did not notify housekeeping and had horrendous customer service, ultimately making the customer (me) unsatisfied.

We liked the bar and dining options. The room was cleaned well and all the staff we encountered were professional and personable. The room was comfortable but a little dated. The heating unit made a constant faint noise that kept me awake one night although I did not ask for it to be serviced. Unfortunately some cars in the lot were vandalized during our stay.

My room 106 had unfinished repairs in the bathroom. The lamp by the tv had a yellow stain on it very disappointing. Also you have to pay 18$ for SELF PARKING. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you had to park for parking.

I liked that my room was quiet and that I could eat right in the hotel. I did not like that the quilt on the bed was much too warm and heavy and that there were no lighter blankets in the closet,
