Beautiful waterfront home located in Sagle, ID, just across the iconic Long Bridge from downtown Sandpoint. 114' of waterfront with private dock on serene Fry Creek, where the water is always calm and ready for a kayak or SUP ride. With plenty of room for boat trailer parking, take your own boat and explore Lake Pend Orielle. Inside the home is flooded with natural light and the large windows provide spectacular scenery. Use the stocked kitchen to gather around a meal with friends and family on the large dining table or out on the patio. Enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. Plenty of grass for little ones to play.
