"This hotel has so much potential and it is in a beautiful location, but is sadly lacking in lots of basics hence our 3 star review. The price of everything is ridiculously expensive which is probably because there is little by way of alternatives once you are on the island. The food, whilst priced at Michelin star prices, is sadly lacking in quality based on the breakfast experience and our one lunch and dinner experience at the hotel. The service was not great at dinner with more waiting staff on shift than I could count, and yet we waited 1 hour ten minutes for our starter. It is perhaps explained by the occurrence a “chefs special dinner” An experience costing some 200 euros per head (without drinks) which obviously took priority over other diners who hadn’t paid 400 euros per couple for the dinner experience. The starter was good when it came and the pasta Vongole was plentiful but dry. We had no communication from the hotel and I had to call them to enquire about the ferry transfer and baggage collection from port. Once I had checked in the WhatsApp’s from the hotel started. I compare this to the other hotels we are staying at which start communicating a week before arrival. The bedrooms are ok and as others state they are tired and tired in need of updating to justify the price. It is very clean though and the bathrooms are good having been renovated recently."

"U Capu Biancu is a wonderful destination to unwind and enjoy yourself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beaches and pool are lovely. the views from our terrace were lovely and the weather generally was in our favour. The food is very good (though we'd have liked a bit of a wider and cheaper rang eof smaller snacks/light bites). Heartily recommend."

"Excellent one-week stay at Le Poisson Rouge. Very nice place in a magnificent setting and very well maintained. Beautiful, well-equipped swimming pool (lounge lounges). Room with perfect terrace. "Location is close to Bonifacio. What is very easy to visit this city. We had a stay for 6 people. The house was equipped with 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with 1 shower. The bedrooms were equipped with roller locks so you can keep it dark, the living room with a curtain only, making it light quickly there. The air-conditioning room is hanging in the living room palely before the bed, making you in this bed just in the air-conditioning. While the rooms become quite warm when you close the doors at night. The kitchen is basic with only a walking coffee set and a dining island on the furnishings. The terrace of our stay was very much opposed, but there was a small terrace between the house and the roof with view of the wall of the full house. The airconditioning unit is on the terrace so you are around the terrace under the noise and drops of this unit. The swimming pool is spacious and maintained. There is a bar at the pool (but the opening hours of this was not clear to us). There are enough linens and sunshines at the pool. In the pool there is a stairway that is less deep so smaller children can stand here. (0.90m to 2.00m) There are not very many parking spaces on the domain itself. The roads are unhardened and drugy. The way to it is a little search, you are close to the busy way that makes you hear it in your house, the domain is quiet and child-friendly, for us personally, the stay was contrary to the price-quality."
