世紀飯店(Seculo Hotel)

Hotel pequeño, tranquilo, sencillo, limpio y cuidado. Nos alojamos 3 días y fueron muy lentos. La camadas muy cómodas y la ropa de cama y toallas cuidadas. Bien comunicado.Parada de metro (Marques) a 2 o 3 manzanas, ir al centro es un paseo.Tambien pasa autobús por delante.

El hotel está ubicado en la parte más alta de la rua santa Catarina. No es problema si te gusta el treking. En recepción ofrecen un desayuno de 5 o 10€. Pero el desayuno te lo dan en una bolsa de papel y consiste, el de 5€ en una caja de jugo de 200cc, una caja de leche de 200cc, un pan de hoja, dos láminas de jamón dulce y dos láminas de queso. Un pan dulce, un cuadrito de mermelada y un cuadrito de mantequilla. Un sobre de café y un vaso de 150ml. Pero no hay cafetería para preparar nada. Un desastre el desayuno en sí. Por último, cuando pedimos la habitación, nos llevan a la calle, a un edificio a 100 mts de la recepción, donde no hay ascensor y tenemos que movernos por escaleras eternas, con todo y nuestro equipaje. La habitación bien, el baño bien, se puede descansar, el agua caliente bien. Pero nunca pudimos tener wifi. Lo que fue una verdadera molestia porque no pudimos revisar nuestras reservas de tours ni el mapa de la ciudad, ni nada. Conocimos Porto a ciegas. La estadía un desastre.

Stayed here on a Monday night in November. I was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies at reception who showed me a map of the city and all the major attractions. Room was of a good standard and was certainly great value for the €55 I paid for it. There is no breakfast facility available, but I found plenty of options within walking distance. If you want convenience and value for money on a short stay, this is a great option.

Good location, within walking distance to the main sightseeing area. Parking was very important to us which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. The gentleman at the reception gave us a lot of recommendations for good restaurants and general sightseeing which we very much appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seculo hotel.

Hotel muy limpio con camas cómodas,baño suficiente y limpio y con Elisabeth en recepción que además de su simpatía con su buen hacer nos solucionó un importante contratiempo que tuvimos.Ademas pudimos dejar el coche el día de salida sin coste alguno hasta la tarde que nos fuimos de Oporto.

It's ok, not more than that, the room was bigger than moust hotels rooms. I found that the shower head was not cleaned in ages and the shower could be cleaner especially in the shower doors. The hotel is near the metro and public transportation to city center. I booked this hotel due to free parking, but it seems that was a bad choice that cost me more than 500 euro - after parking for two days I found the front windshield was cracked because something fell on the car. The owner of the hotel was not helpful checking the security cameras, only offering I use my insurance. The parking is very tight and not recommended for unexpreanced drivers.

Las habitaciones del hotel están limpias y son amplias. Nos alojamos en una triple y les dijimos, al realizar la reserva, que si podían ponernos una cuna o una cama individual a parte de la cama doble y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa al entrar en la habitación... Que teníamos las dos cosas! Eché de menos el desayuno en el hotel, por comodidad, más que nada, ya que hay cafeterías a 5 min andando en las que puedes desayunar sin problema. La opción del parking es un plus en tu estancia en el hotel. El personal muy amable y agradable. Cualquier cosa que necesites te la dan o te ayudan.

Perfect for a motorbike trip to Porto. I parked securely inside a garage within the hotel. Entrance to car park is locked at night. 15 mins walk to tourist area

Room well proportioned, cockerels competing at dawn if you at back which is amazing but Porto, far better than traffic noise. Shower was hot enough for me. Bar appeared closed as in lift it had paper over basement option. Bed comfy though if like me and i am fussy pillows too large but for my partnet perfect. One night stay so can say nothing else. Would book again.
