A great stay...great ambiance calm place and very hygiene..staff is very good we had an amazing time here..there helped us with the travel as well in terms of booking the cabs and all Special thanks to Divya,Ramesh and the housekeeping person who cleaned the room

The staff was kind and stay was good. We really enjoyed and hope to meet again soon. The breakfast was really good , we enjoyed the Indian as well as the continental spread. My kid enjoyed the swimming pool and all the indoor games . The staff was soo kind to upgrade our stay to Thai cottage.

I recently stayed at the mango hill resort and had a delightful experience. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, always eager to assist with a friendly demeanor. The room was tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing pool, added to the overall satisfaction. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, with various attractions within walking distance. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes, showcasing a diverse culinary selection. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. While the room service was prompt, the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak, impacting connectivity. Despite this, the overall value for money was commendable. The Grand Horizon Hotel proved to be a fantastic choice for a memorable and pleasant stay. I would recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a blend of luxury and convenience.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Ramesh and Divya were very helpful and took care of all our needs. The hygiene and cleanliness level of the hotel were top-notch with amazing breakfast. All the pool amenities were so good with one of the best spa experience.

Restaurant: service d’une extrême lenteur. 1 h pour avoir un ice tea. Les salades très moyennes. Sauce au poivre insuffisante et 1/2 h pour en avoir davantage. Et un restaurant presque vide. Impossible d’ avoir le manager. La direction doit reprendre les choses en main
