The park is very clean and tidy. We had an ensuite site very close to the ocean. Our view was beautiful. Our ensuite facilities were clean, nice and accessible. The owners and staff are very friendly and approachable. We would certainly recommend this park to anyone. We would certainly return here should our travels bring us back to Portland, Victoria.

We paid for a deluxe villa and got put in a tiny cabin instead ..the cabin looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month ..finger prints over everything ..taps in bathrooms were disgustingly dirty ..thick dust under the beds ,mattress protectors were stained and looked like haven't seen a washing machine ever. Shower had mould forming and couldn't see through the glass door ..the range hood no one would want to cook under that 🤮..dirt grass in freezer ..over all disgusting ..when reached out to these people they were very rude and just passed the buck ..if your thinking of staying there DONT DO IT...run the other way and save your money .

Ripper Caravan Park, lovely grassy sites, easy walk to ocean with a safe swimming beach. . Full kitchen take away menu & the pizza was amazing. Able to enjoy dinner & drinks while overlooking the ocean. Amenities old but fit for purpose. Highly recommend. {';_;'}

The park was really nice on the water but unfortunately not much beachfront due to rising water. Sites were large and on green lawn. The water is bore but plenty of rainwater available for drinking. Very friendly staff and an onsite restaurant which makes great fish and chips. Not far from Portland where you have many shops and supermarkets. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome well cared for accommodation/ facilities Management were very accommodating on a last minute request for which we are so very grateful you made our stay even better!!,we found Nemo😊, what a view!! Looking forward to our next visit, and to sample the menu once restaurant is re-established,if your homemade pizza is anything to go by then it too will be amazing . Terrible hospitality! Tap water was not drinkable, it was yellow. One of the most unhelpful experiences. There were possibilities to extend options by the reception staff to make our stay more comfortable but absolutely nothing was done. Wifi never worked and our room was nowhere near to be called a luxury accommodation. Nothing was done to make our stay better even when I myself suggested so many doable options, all that I met was ‘sorry it’s a long weekend, can’t do it’. Staff needs to be trained to be way more accommodating with requests or the least say ‘no’ in a more empathising way and show some keenness to help guests make the most out of their stay. Travelling is not cheap these days and these little human interactions matter a lot. Zero stars for the lady reception staff whose name I don’t find worthy mentioning.
