It is close to the AIRPORT, the TRAIN STATION, public transport stops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers and business travelers. The apartment has 2 sofa beds: 1 double 140 cm wide (double bed) and 1 single 80 cm (standard); wardrobe; a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking: 2 burners, dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses. At guests' disposal: oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, blender, toaster and large table with 4 chairs. Inside the bathroom, equipped with shower / tub, there is the washing machine. A 32"TV with HDMI cable is available for guests to connect with a laptop; - wireless internet connection (FIBER OPTIC); - streaming Apps (Amazon Fire stick). The entire apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning system. A small exclusive garden equipped with umbrella, table, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and 1 chair / hammock is always available to guests. !!!!! Guests will have at their disposal 1 parking space inside the condominium courtyard which can only be accessed through an automatic gate (the remote control to open it will be provided together with the apartment keys).
