不是很大的飯店。友好而稱職的員工。拖鞋不見了，根據我的要求很快就送來了。房間位於繁忙的街道上。不過房間不是很吵，隔音效果很好。享用早餐。

Αρχικά το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου （δωμάτια, χώρος του πρωινού） είναι περιποιημένοι και καθαροί . Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη. Όλοι οι άνθρωποι εκεί μέσα ήταν ευγενικοί, χαρούμενοι και πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν .Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή .

Personale maleducato e approfittatore. Avevo sbagliato data della prenotazione e mi hanno fatto pagare l'INTERO IMPORTO DELLA STANZA, nonostante mancasse ancora un mese alla data. Non hanno erogato nessun servizio, non hanno subito danno dalla cancellazione e si sono tenuti i 92 euro della prenotazione. Ladri e pure maleducati. Stare alla larga. Rude and exploitative staff. I had the wrong date of the reservation and they made me pay the FULL AMOUNT OF THE ROOM, even though there was still a month to go. They did not provide any service, they did not suffer any damage from the cancellation and they kept the 92 euros of the reservation. Thieves and rude too. Stay away.

La struttura si trova proprio davanti all'ospedale Sant'Orsola, mi sono trovato a dover prenotare una stanza per la sera stessa e con 60€ ho trovato una buona camera con colazione inclusa. Il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo è il suo punto di forza. Letto comodo, stanza pulita, buona colazione e personale gentile e preparato.

Die Erfahrung im Hotel war sehr gemischt. Es liegt zentral (die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar), ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer (wir hatten die bessere "Standard"-Kategorie) sind sehr klein und auch hellhörig. Von außen rauschte der Verkehr herein (was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat). Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Art Garderobe, bei der ständig die Kleiderbügel vom Haken fielen. Kein Platz für Koffer. Kein Schreibtisch, nur ein kleiner Tisch mit Sessel (die wir aber mangels Platzes mit Kleidung belegen mussten). Die Heizung funktionierte ungleichmäßig und schaltete nach einer Weile wieder herunter. Der Safe funktionierte bei Ankunft nicht (an der Rezeption moniert, dann aber nicht mehr benutzt). Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Obst, aber kein Obstsalat. Müsli überzuckert, Butter nicht immer ausreichend gekühlt. An einem Tag keine einfachen Croissants mehr vorhanden, an einem anderen Tag fehlten große Löffel (Plastiklöffel angeboten). Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Für kurze Aufenthalte ok – wir waren fünf Nächte dort, das war zu lang.

To be honest, the room I booked for two is too small for one person. The room is extremely poorly equipped, with no wardrobe for clothes and, for example, plastic cups wrapped in foil instead of the standard disinfected glass cups in the toilet. The toilet is separated from the room by a thin wall and a sliding door that swings and looks like it will fall off at any moment. The partition wall in the toilet that separates the toilet from the room is glass in the upper part, so when the light in the toilet is turned on, it illuminates the entire room. The windows in the room are wooden, very old, and since the room overlooks a very busy street, the noise in the room is terrible and does not allow for normal rest or sleep. Although the booked room was on the third floor, at 7 AM when breakfast starts, the smells on the third floor (probably from some ventilation) are so intense that they force you to open the window in the room from the deserted smells. What is worth highlighting is the excellent and friendly staff and the excellent location of the hotel, just a 10-minute walk from the city center.

Ottima posizione di fronte al Sant'Orsola e centro raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Massima pulizia e colazione ottima e molto varia. Manca la possibilità di avere cappuccino e caffè espresso come al bar, solo macchina automatica, però risultato decente

Hotel vicino al centro storico, personale gentile, struttura nel complesso semplice, colazione variegata e buona. Stanza pulita tranne gli infissi e le tapparelle. Mancano le coperte invernali per chi non preferisce dormire con il riscaldamento acceso.
