It is a wonderful place to relax and spend time with a loved one. The food was amazing and always delivered in a timely manner. Some staff could use some retraining on professionalism. It's definitely not professional to be talking rudely about a filipina with her foreign spouse. Besides that, a definite 4 out of 5.

Good -Spectacular Ocean view, literally overlooking marina and ocean perched on a hill side, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Rooftop bar and welcome drink. Couple Marina was spacious and had separate bedroom. Air-conditioned. Shower was not warm but was later checked and supposedly working, local drinking water provided. In room in hot cold water dispenser Eating area on balcony, full kitchen and dishware and beer / cola stocked in ref. Basement garage parking and guard. Restaurant on site with good food and drinks. Parking a bit limited on site (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Dine in room available lunch and on. Pizza available also. Boat rides available to contract to go see giant clams available. Use QR code and messenger to order food in room. Housekeeping very responsive. Phone in room. Market short walk or motorcycle ride up the hill. Bad -No elevator and steep stairs to go from top to bottom. Ugly -No beach.

Nice place, interesting location and just 2 minute drive to town. No beach, just a small swimming pool. Room was ok, cooking facilities were adequate and had a nice balcony where we could barbecue although the local kids kept pestering us for money whenever we ventured out onto the balcony. Bolinao is a small town with very little to do and limited grocery stores, suggest you buy your supplies before getting here. As for the beaches we tried Patar and old rock, and I was not particularly impressed by either. Ventured out to the waterfalls and ended up at No 3, my 5 year old enjoyed it so worth a visit although he was ill afterwards, not sure if it was due to the water. Would I visit Bolinao again, no, there are far better places to go in the Philippines. Would I recommend Sundowners, yes, expensive but nice.

Overnight stay at the Beach Mansion. It can only accommodate up to 25 pax but there was a miscommunication so they ended up accepting our group of 29 pax and 5 pets. Place is beautiful! While the beach is not 100% swimmable as it is made of coral bed not sandy beach, it serves as an amazing backdrop for the infinity pool. There are wears and tears in the property. The white tables had stains, tapering off in the massage chairs, and broken compartments in the fridge. I can only imagine how hard to maintain the place to keep things clean and tidy. It is on the pricier side but worth it for those very important occasions. The Beach Mansion is able to comfortably accommodate our group of 29 vs the max capacity of 25. Rooms are big and clean. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool area is the best part of the property. Plenty of seats and floor plan was carefully designed. The kids enjoyed it as it was instagrammable. Dogs have plenty of room to roam around. Kitchen is fully equipped as advertised. What made our stay comfortable as there’s an on-site chef who cooked our breakfast for a fee. Cons: 1. Hot water and water pressure can be improved 2. Living area not air conditioned 3. Jacuzzi in pool not working 4. Watch out for your inflatables as there’s a thorny plants near the infinity pool 5. Beach is not really swimmable 6. No separate beach towels

Been here almost 10 years ago when it barely had a couple villas. Its our 4th time since then and they have expanded by so much! Villas are nice and clean. They have several pools with a magestic view. Will definitely keep coming back to Sundowners!

Bad customer service. No sense of urgency. My daughter met an accident on the night of December 24, 2023. There was no first aid kit or even someone to assist us; no one even bothered checking on her. They just sent someone to lead us the way going to the hospital. Also, they mentioned getting back to us regarding the feedback of their management on the incident, but not even one from their staff contacted us. The worst resort we’ve been to. Not recommending it.

Great place for a fun family vacation and it is a picture perfect place Instagram with wifi and more fun place to stay at and big rooms it have a big pool and high security it was a great place to stay at thank you and I would recommend this place for a big family
