Sehr liebevoll, mit Detailkenntnis restauriertes altes Gebäude, gut und funktionell eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche sehr zu empfehlen, regional und frisch zubereitet. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist nicht so einfach zu finden, nicht nur dem Navi vertrauen, manchmal muss man fragen..

The Blue Beetroot Hotel is an absolute gem. The hotel is charming, the location is peaceful and pretty, the staff are kind and helpful, the room was spacious and had everything we needed, and the food was delicious. It really made our trip to Boleslawiec very special. It is best to stay at this hotel if you are coming with a car however, since otherwise you need to take taxis to get into and back from town. The staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis for us, so it worked out fine, but having a car would have made our stay easier.

I visited Boleslawiec recently with a group of spouses' from Germany. The Blue Beetroot was chosen by our trip planner and worked out really well for our two-night stay. I stayed in a room with two other ladies and had plenty of space. The room featured two single beds and a double bed so none of us had to share a bed. I really appreciate that on girls weekends! The hotel and room was super charming with a lot of character! There were plenty of towels and I really liked that the rooms had a couple fans and an A/C unit. The only downside was a loud barking dog across the street. We also enjoyed a great breakfast buffet both mornings with French Press coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, sausage, cereal and fruit. It was the perfect selection to fuel our all-day shopping excursion. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel both nights. We were able to make our dinner selections in advance which made it super easy and convenient. Between both dinners, I tried the pumpkin soup, goulash, apple cake, chicken salad, snitzel, and cheesecake. The food was delicious, although the desserts were surprisingly not as satisfying (I'm a baker myself, so I am a little picky about desserts). The service during our stay was great and I would stay here again or recommend it to other groups visiting the area.

We decided to check out Poland’s pottery and we came across this hotel. It was pleasantly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We felt like we were at family member’s house, rather than a hotel. It has a home vibe and the services felt personalized. The food was great, we enjoyed the drinks, and the rooms were very clean. Oh! Breakfast was amazing and served as scheduled. We got to chat with Martina, front desk lady. She was super kind, and very knowledgeable. Typically in this part of Europe it’s rare to find friendly people, but staying at this hotel made us feel very comfortable. Also, their prices are very affordable.

Wir waren sehr sehr positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Das Team der Unterkunft macht einen klasse Job. Alle sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und dabei aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Schon der erste Eindruck an der Rezeption beim Check-In war gut - sehr nette Begrüßung. Die Zimmer sind wirklich super sauber, selbst an Stellen, die in anderen Unterkünften weniger Beachtung finden, ist alles top! Täglich wird Wasser aufgefüllt, die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück war überaus reichhaltig mit einer tollen Auswahl und vielen frischen Komponenten. Geschmeckt hat es nicht nur am Morgen, sondern auch am Abend. Eine feine Auswahl verschiedenster Speisen von polnischen Gerichten bis zu "geht immer" (Fisch, Burger etc.). Auch der Kellner, der die Abendschicht geleistet hat, hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Zügiger Service ohne Hektik sowohl beim Frühstück, Abendessen und auch an der Rezeption. Auch unsere beiden Hunde waren in der Unterkunft herzlich willkommen, die Umgebung ist perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Für uns auch gut: Wir sprechen leider kein Polnisch, mit Englisch hat aber alles bestens funktioniert. Einzig die Internetverbindung könnte besser sein (bei uns war die Verbindung an verschiedenen Geräten instabil und langsam).
