普斯帕德斯利物浦1號公寓式飯店

Absolutely delighted with our apartment. So spacious and comfortable. Cosy too, which was very important when we came in from the cold. Very comfortable bed, good towels. Very pleased to be able to make a cup of tea on arrival and find some milk sachets in the fridge. Breakfast not available on weekdays in the winter but chanced upon an excellent cafe called Pocket 2 mins walk away. Highly recommended for their comprehensive breakfast menu, or delicious sweet & savoury bakes all day long.

The apartments were clean, tidy and modern. The staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The executive penthouse was really nice to stay in. The apartments are ideal for groups wanting to meet up and go out for food and drink into Liverpool. The car park and train station are close by and easy to get to.

我們在 15 號公寓的 Posh Pads 住了 2 個晚上。 步行前往所有主要景點和購物中心非常方便。 我們的公寓很漂亮，有一個大休息室、一個設備齊全的現代化廚房和一個宜人的連接浴室。 床很大而且很舒服。 在我們訪問期間，接待人員非常友好。 我們一定會為下次訪問利物浦重新預訂。

這是我們第二次來 Posh Pads，它並沒有讓人失望。接待處可愛樂於助人的女士。房間的溫度很完美，床和枕頭都很棒。迫不及待明年再來，在利物浦時不會住在其他地方。

We planned to stay here August bank holiday weekend, having booked in June we had planned our whole weekend and looked forward to a weekend away. We had paid, received confirmation and then 3 days before our booking was CANCELLED! We were gutted as our plans had completely fallen apart, I rang and was told there was a leak/electrical fault in 2 rooms and that 2 random bookings were cancelled due to this. I questioned why it was our booking which had been cancelled as we had booked well in advance and told “well it’s just the way it is” terrible service, no alternatives offered and a poor apology. Seems that as we were organised and booked early so paid less for the room we had the booking cancelled and last minute bookers who paid a significant amount more got to keep theres. Would not recommend!
