One of the worst experiences ever. How this resort got four star rating it’s beyond me. Their chalets are very sub standard, nothing close to 4 star. Very dated and unkept. On our arrival our chalet was not cleaned well, the cleaner actually arrived the same time as us. Complains to management took forever to be resolved

The resort is lovely. The chalets are spacious however they are not the cleanest. We watched how the cleaners clean & really is disgusting. They use one cloth to wipe everything from the floor to the sofas same goes for in the bathroom. It really is unhygienic. Staff are really friendly. We enjoyed our stay during the week however from Friday night noise levels were through the roof from the surrounding chalets. It’s really disturbing as we were there to relax but we couldn’t as the noise started early in the night & lasted till the early hours of the morning. The loud music is really inconsiderate people should be fined for these things. Another thing we had to experience during our stay was load shedding, the resort should look into generators or solar systems for guests to enjoy their stay. We enjoyed the spa. It’s really amazing, all the staff there are so helpful. We also enjoyed the pools, the ones by the spa & the outdoor ones. I would recommend couples to try out the spa pods they are amazing.

This was our first visit to Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa, reception staff was efficient and profesional and checking in was a breeze. Our unit was modern with lots of space, clean unit, towels, linet etc. and had all the facilities we needed, loved the big patio! The facilities of the Resort are well maintained and loads to do for children (please create more walking trails). A few householding issues that could have been better but did not really worry us: Blinds broken in kitchen & bathroon (not able to close), not enough cutlery for a 6 bed unit and although it allows for 2 parking bays per units, our second car had to park a distance away. Hydro pool at the Spa was good. My only complaint is that better supervision/control is provided at the swimming pool area ie. social behaviour re ablutions, proper swimming wear etc.

Thanking God for guiding us to Seasons Resort and Spa—what a blessing it was to spend our holiday there with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The resort truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved everything about our stay. The environment was peaceful, the amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was just right for quality time together. With the Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, we were able to stay connected and maintain our usual routines without any issues—which made the stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to Madikana, the lovely gentlemen tucked just behind the office, who took us on a guided visit of the 8-sleeper lodges. His kindness and professionalism added a personal touch, and now we can't wait to return—this time with the whole family to enjoy the space and serenity together. This resort is more than just a holiday spot—it’s a place where memories are made. We’re grateful for every moment and already looking forward to our next stay.

From the moment I arrived at Seasons Resort and Spa, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout goes to Ellain at reception, who was an absolute gem—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in a breeze and set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. The views? Breathtaking. I found myself captivated by the serene landscape and hands down, I experienced the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. It felt like nature’s own masterpiece unfolding each evening. The unit I stayed in was immaculate and truly up to standard—clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. I felt right at home. Kudos to the management team, especially Amanda, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and guests felt well taken care of. Every moment at Seasons was a reminder of how rejuvenating a well-run retreat can be. I’ll definitely be back!
