博伊西萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn Boise)

This was a weird stay. The property was excellent. The staff was excellent. Everything was clean. Very nice in appearance. But… the room door didn’t work very well (hard to get to open from both the inside and the outside). The fitted sheets on the bed didn’t fit the bed, and kept pulling off in the corners. Great looking place. The details are where the problems were. Any other room probably would have been great.

The noise from the freeway and airport was constant like there was no insulation in the walls and the windows were single pane. The desk clerk gave me a card explaining the rules and it stated, $20 a night for two dogs but I was charged $50

Average Fairfield Inn, best part was the early check in and how cooperative they were.

The room carpet was not in good condition at all. It was just overall a very tired property. Staff we’re very nice.

The desk clerk during check-in was super friendly and got me signed up for the free shuttle to the airport for my flight. The clerk during check out was very courteous. The room was nice and clean. Hotel is a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. Very convenient!

We arrived late and left first thing in the morning. The checkin was quick, the room was clean and quiet. All around good sleep.

It was difficult to find, and my wife was attacked by two dogs from another "guest." Staff said they thought the barking and my wife's yelling was from outside the property. Wrong answer. They said they would tell the other guest to control their dogs.

Beds are comfortable, linens and room clean. Bathrooms up to date.

Fairfield Inn is a convenient hotel to stay at, close to the airport, easy distance to downtown and a resonable rate.
