極好
訪訪客用戶酒店在小島上，風景優美，晚上有螢火蟲，白天走出酒店下海就可以浮潛，出去不多遠就能到斷層，生物豐富。早晨退潮巨多海星，寄居蟹。小島不大，比較涼爽，氣候宜人。酒店就有潛店可以聯繫出去潛泳。老闆是德國人，十分熱情。酒店房間不潮，面積較大，熱水還比較好，住起來比較舒適。總體上是一個值得推薦的地方。出入小島，老闆都可以幫叫船，我們是1000p沒有砍價，還算方便。

There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;

What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

訪訪客用戶我們從 24 年 12 月 26 日到 24 年 12 月 30 日在那裡，然後由於島上天氣惡劣。營房延長至 2025 年 1 月 2 日。不錯的家庭飯店。太新了，從機場接我們的計程車司機都不認識他了。這家飯店適合您享受輕鬆的住宿。 Alona 海灘的所有樂趣都距離酒店 15 分鐘車程。計程車、三輪車的費用都差不多~200-250比索。飯店本身提供自行車出租服務。 500比索/天。也許你會發現它更便宜，但自行車是新的，對我們來說太方便了。順便說一句，所有展示的照片都是真的：房間、游泳池，甚至是自行車。住宿含早餐（7點至10點）。早餐還不錯，雖然咖啡不太好，但這是我挑剔的地方。除了早餐，我們沒有在飯店吃飯，幸好附近有幾家還不錯的餐廳。泳池很乾淨，有淋浴。房間根據要求打掃（需要掛卡）。有冰箱，冷氣可以用，床上面有風扇。對了，很方便，我們差點沒開冷氣。隊伍各不相同：韓國人、俄羅斯人、歐洲人。我們只有 15 間客房，可以自信地推薦。我到處都打四分，因為...總是有一些事情值得努力。

訪訪客用戶check in 的時候，前台人員看了很久，一直問我預訂哪一種房間。訂房網只寫雙人房，並沒有註明哪一種類型，第一次看到櫃檯這麼不專業，出示訂房證明卻還要問客人是哪一種房型，飯店竟然沒有資料，飯店泳池外觀看起來很漂亮，照相好看，但房間設備有點老舊，而且有點霉味，早餐也相對很普通，剛好去按摩時遇到下雨，老公跟門口服務人員借傘要來接我，人員卻說房間有，請回房間拿；一堆人員卻在門口聊天嘻笑，明明有一大堆雨傘在放行李箱位置，卻不願意借，一定要我們走回房間，滿不親切的，還說雨不大可以不用撐傘，櫃檯會在妳要check out 的時候浪費五分鐘檢查房間，沒有遇過在櫃檯前等服務人員檢查房間的，非常浪費時間，這些服務及設施讓我覺得根本沒有五星級的水準，連宿霧四星飯店的服務及早餐都大贏這裡，如果下次再來Alona beach,相信有更好的選擇，五星級的價格，但服務跟態度卻不是五星的，想來的人可以再考慮看看

訪訪客用戶酒店很棒，在alona海灘，方便第二天跳島遊。有兩個泳池，都能看海。其中一個到9點，有點懸崖無邊泳池的感覺。早餐品種不多，到品質可以。公區也大，值得推薦。出去麥當勞那邊可以聯繫包船去巴里卡薩島浮潛，看海豚，棒。

Ttravellog位置方便，從碼頭下船搭tuktuk大概30分鐘，步行2分鐘就到alona beach，1分鐘就到大街，非常熱鬧，但食物不太適合我們，價錢略貴。
服務員熱心幫忙，酒店設施解釋清楚，但職員會問攞小費。
對比周邊環境，酒店算是高級，但又不是那麼高級，襯色一般。中間庭園有泳池，不能用姊妹酒店的泳池及健身室。
房間足夠大，但設備開始老化，插頭沒有usb口，浴缸有霉菌，其他地方尚算整潔。值得一讚是床褥舒適，但房間隔音效果一般，聽到泳池人們的聲音。沒有提供拖鞋是比較失望的一件事！
早餐每日都有不同，款式可以但口味一般，只求飽肚。
總括來說，價錢與房間質素不符，如果是6300peso 比較合理

訪訪客用戶我們的住宿還可以,但可以通過一些小調整來改善很多。我們失望地發現房間裏沒有水壺或茶/咖啡用品,我們認爲應該作爲標準來提供,特別是在度假村。此外,瓶裝水僅在辦理入住時提供,而不是每天,我們也感到失望。游泳池周圍沒有太陽躺椅,就像Trip app上描繪的照片一樣。海灘前方的躺椅非常有限,所以他們永遠無法使用。早餐令人失望,因爲沒有面包或水果,當面包是爲自己不吃肉和不喜歡雞蛋的人要求麪包時,沒有黃油。我從來沒有聽說過一家沒有黃油的餐館!選擇非常有限,你被定量配給只有1個香腸和1個雞蛋,因爲它是輔助自助餐。還有米飯,但沒有什麼可以去的。也沒有茶包,只有咖啡。沒有洗衣或摩托車租賃服務,這將使我們的住宿更加方便,也沒有幫助幫助找到這些服務時,如果詢問他們是否提供。房間裏的插頭插座有限,很難使用我們的設備並同時充電。沒有沐浴露,只有一小塊肥皂,但沐浴露是可取的。考慮到除了入住當天之外,沒有瓶裝水提供,可以裝滿我們自己的瓶子的飲水機是很好的。總而言之,令人失望的住宿。除了美麗的海灘,位置也相當不方便,因爲我們沒有意識到除了度假村本身之外,沒有其他商店和餐館的選擇。

Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white ***** that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
