格雷西飯店(The Grace Hotel)

El lugar está bien ubicado, tranquilo, habitación cómoda perooo, encontramos cabellos en la ducha, el internet anda mal no me permitió trabajar y la TV nunca funcionó a pesar de los reclamos en la estadía, el desayuno es bueno pero no tienen lugar para que desayunes por lo que es hacerlo en la habitación o esperar que una de las 3 únicas mesas de una pequeña terraza se libere, el cobro fue mal hecho por quien me atendió y tuve que volver a pagar… la verdad con la cantidad de hoteles en el lugar, les recomiendo busquen otro.

Las personas son muy amables , cálidos … Gracias a las chicas de los desayunos deliciosos y limpieza … está en muy buena zona , hay restaurantes.. Starbucks.. bancos cafés .. un súper mercado 24 horas y el lugar es súper seguro .. gracias por todo

The welcome was the warmest ever and for the price, this was a great option. Excellent location near restaurants, bars, cafes yet quiet and fairly safe to walk around. Room was large and had a kitchenette. Safe. Shared roof terrace with good view. 6th floor no elevator; room a bit banged up (cupboard door off, chipped paint etc) but the bed was comfortable. Not suitable for those with mobility issues (one room on main floor might be)

The Grace Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff are lovely and a good breakfast is included. The location is fantastic and safe. There are some great bars, restaurants and cafes within a 2-minute walk. The one thing to note is that if you are unable to climb stairs, this may not be suitable for you. In saying that, if you do not have mobility issues, this is the perfect place to stay.

Siamo stati al Grace Hotel per due notti. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, in una zona tranquilla (Chapinero) e poco distante ci sono ristoranti ed un supermarket. La stanza è comoda e pulita. La colazione, si può scegliere una fra 5-6 opzioni dal menù, è abbastanza buona. Piuttosto costoso invece il servizio di transfer da/per aeroporto, che hanno anche maggiorato di 50.000 cop causa fascia oraria, non solo all'andata (sabato ore 20:00), ma anche inspiegabilmente al ritorno (lunedì ore 9:00), quando invece ci avevano detto che non ci sarebbe stata maggiorazione. Mi ha dato la sensazione di volersene approfittare. Abbiamo così speso almeno il quadruplo rispetto ad un Uber. Prezzo della stanza non molto economico.

Dishonest business like practices. First they said that a water pipe broke in the room that was reserved for me and that they would have to send me to a different hotel of the same chain. I specifically reserved in this hotel because of the location. The hotel had additional rooms because they were still available for reservation on booking and when I called them to tell them this they said that it was a mistake that they were going to block them. Complete lie. They were just trying to sell them at a higher price than what I paid for. Dishonest people.

Great deal for the money but it has its small flaws. Even though it is only 4 stories it does not have an elevator so if you have heavy suitcases be warned as the staircase is windy. Breakfast is served in your room or 2nd floor terrace where there are tables only. Neither option was very good....breakfast was average at best. They should do a buffet style downstairs (get rid of the couches) and it would be much much better for everybody where you can have eggs to order and unlimited fruit, coffee,and juice. Rooms were so much nicer than I expected - comfy beds and the shower might be the best in Bogota with a ton of water pressure and hot water. Wifi was good. Location is great on a very quiet street and a very quick walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and more in Zona G. For the money I would stay here over name brand hotels.

Smaller hotel but room is not much different than something you may get at a brand name hotel. Room has kitchen if you want to make your own food and within walking distance to many restaurants and gyms. I would stay here over a brand name hotel when possible

Altamente RECOMENDADO. Me alojé aquí por siete dias. La ubicación está muy cerca de la Zona T. El área es tranquila por la noche. El apartamento tiene un amplio baño y una cocina con todo lo necesario. Está ubicado en un área cercana a restaurantes, por lo que puedes ir caminando. Gran estancia en general. Lugar seguro y muy tranquilo durante todo el día. Encantadora ubicación a poca distancia de las zonas turísticas de Bogotá, museos, Plaza Bolívar, Montaña Monserrate, Centro Comerciales, parques, y numerosos restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles y otras comodidades. El edificio es acogedor. Incluía 4 opciones de desayuno tanto internacional como local. El personal y la recepción son súper agradables y receptivos. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estancia. Era moderno, limpio y bien ubicado. Para los que gustan de viajar ligero poseen servicio de lavandería a domicilio muy económico y accesible. Todo lo que necesitas para escaparte y visitar lugares mágicos en Bogotá está aquí. Sin lugar a duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.
