Realmente no fue una buena experiencia para nosotros como grupo, estuvimos 10 días y cada vez era un tema diferente de falta de atención, la secadoras de cabello no funcionaban, no todos los días nos ponían toallas limpias, no ponían toalla de piso sino la pedíamos, la lavandería tomaba mas tiempo de lo normal y el último día no nos habían entregado un sueter el cual demoraron en ubicar, la caja fuerte nunca la arreglaron para usarla, estaba bloqueada no la desbloquearon ni nos dieron instrucciones para usarlas, cada vez que nos acercábamos a la recepción a reportar algo era la misma excusa, tenían ocupación llena y por eso se demoraban, lo cual me parece falta de respeto porque como hotel debes estar preparado para trabajar aun estando "full", en una habitación encontramos una cucaracha sobre la cama, algunas sabanas manchadas o desgastadas, sus colaboradores muy pocos daban los buenos días o saludo básico al cruz**** con uno en los pasillos. Pueden tener muy buena ubicación, pero como atención al cliente les falta mucho y mas de un país que tiene fama de tener un buen servicio al cliente. El desayuno nunca fue variado.

El servicio de parte de los meseros es terrible, el desayuno que se supone que es “buffet” pero ellos te sirven, en cantidades miserables y al pedir otro plato lo hacen de mala gana. Además el desayuno es el mismo todos los días no varía de ninguna manera. Las habitaciones con muchas fallas en las cajas fuertes, tarjetas, neveras y puertas. Pésima experiencia

Muy mala experiencia en este hotel, el trato del personal es pésimo, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy mala, no ponían toallas, ni tampoco papel higiénico, en el desayuno revisaban al grupo en general si se comian todo o si dejeban algo para luego llamarles la atención, todo el personal grosero muy grosero honestament no lo recomiendo para nada si son grupos grandes. Dejan mucho que decir de los colombianos en cuanto al trato.

Ivamos en grupo, la atención del personal, el desayuno y todo fue muy malo jamás recomendaría un lugar así, nos toco un temblor fuerte y el personal no está capacitado para atender y poner a salvo a los huéspedes, el desayuno era tipo buffet pero era pesimo, 1 proteina que siempre era huevo crudo y arroz mal hecho, solo te sirven una vez de tomar, el aseo de la habitación es pesimo, solo tienden las camas y en todo el tiempo que estuvimos no cambiaron los blancos.

Pésimo hotel costo beneficio, carisimo sin parqueadero, la señorita gerente de la noche demasiado grosera, el televisor no funcionó, la comida regular, un mal gasto total de dinero en ese hotel de pacotilla

Pésimo servicio, no se recomienda, buena ubicación, en el servicio de comedor te regañan, Giselle muy grosera, el servicio de lavandería no se recomienda, alimentación regular, te reubican en otro hotel pues sobrevenden y te dejan esperando sin respuesta.

So, we went to this hotel as a group. When we arrived, everything was fine, until a day later, they told us the breakfast was a buffet, but we couldn’t even get a second plate. Another thing, the bed sheets were always dirty, they didn’t even change them. The receptionist always complained about us being too loud, but in reality, it wasn’t us. It was another group of people. They got a room for meetings, and they couldn’t let us use it for our own business, even though we paid for it. Something we notice too, was the treatment toward us. We dont know if it was racially-motivated or not. We had some mandarins for breakfast, and they gave us some almost-rotten fruit.

This hotel was one of the worst ones I have ever been to. We were a large group but they couldn’t accommodate to us. We were treated very differently from other guests and they didn’t address us with respect as other guests. One time we were accused of breaking something but we had nothing to do with it. The bakery next door, isnt that great also, the lady attending me got confused with my order and gave me an attitude when I asked for the correct order. Another thing is the food. We were promised a buffet breakfast, but it was served by the staff and couldn’t repeat the drinks. The breakfast was always the same. Some fruit, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs (you couldn’t have both), soup, 1 arepa, 1 bread. The rooms were decent, it was nicely decorated and it included tv, hairdryer, shampoo and soap. The sound proofing in the rooms were horrible. You could hear everything outside even with the door closed. The temperature in the room is always cold. They don’t have any temperature regulator. If we open the windows, we don’t die of asphyxiation but we can hear everything and smell the cars outside. The beds were always dirty. They didn’t clean the sheets everyday, it always smelled like dust. Some of my companions started having rashes after sleeping on the beds. The hairdryer didn’t even work half of the time and it started smoking halfway through drying. They didn’t swept or mop. The towels we were given didn't get changed the whole time we were there. One time we found a blond hair on the floor, we are all brunette/dark haired. The housekeepers also ate some of the unopened cookies I had in the room. I bought dinner on time there, it didn’t taste good at all. The ribs were covered in sauce but were still dry. And the mashed potatoes tasted like play dough. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

We went as a big group of friends. They told us breakfast was a buffet but couldn't get seconds (until after 3 days later that we placed a complaint). Beds were dirty and the towels weren't clean, they just refolded them back. There were always complaint about noise and blamed us but we were always quiet. They also opened a sealed snack we left before going out. We came back and it was open, they threw away our gallon of water and left their cleaning supplies on the bathroom table.
