Hospedarte en el hotel es vivir la vida de lujo y glamour de Bogota. Me gusto la experiencia en el hotel sumando la hospitalidad , la buena gastronomía, las lujosas amenidades y la ubicación. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería al hotel nuevamente

Definitely not a Four Seasons experience (June 2024): The good: Excellent location. Management and staff were efficient and attentive. Security is excellent. María in reception and Freddy (staff) were especially helpful, their level of service and professionalism would be the only reason I would reconsider staying at this property. The staff go above and beyond. The bad: Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I see a lot of one-line reviews, so now I’m rethinking the legitimacy of these reviews. After staying in other FS hotels, resorts, this particular property felt a lot like a regular nice hotel with certain amenities. The building itself and lobby are definitely pleasant. I stayed four nights in an upgraded suite. Furniture was dated. Breakfast was not included even though I paid well over 2K. A couch had stains (this was fixed promptly). I understand some tear and wear is normal. Aside from the bed, it did not feel like I was staying at a Four Seasons. I think the potential to elevate the property standard is there, maybe their sister property in Bogotá is more on par with what people expect of FS. I switched to a Marriott property (not for these reasons), and in retrospect, I wish I had just booked the Marriott for my entire stay in Bogotá. Breakfast was included there, and the furniture was nice and the room seemed maintained.

Estuvimos en el bar del Four Seasons y ha sido de la peores experiencias que he tenido en un bar. El mesero que nos atendió nos ofreció un coctel y en ningún momento nos indicó que este costaba casi un 40% más que un coctel de autor. Solo fue al momento de pagar la cuenta que nos dimos cuenta y la excusa fue que así funciona. No lo recomiendo.

The hotel listed under the Four Seasons but everything looks so cheap in the hotel. It should list under Hotel Inn instead of Four Seasons. You paid the price as Four Seasons and received Hotel Inn experience.

Hotel excepcional! Instalações impecáveis. Pessoal e serviços (em geral) maravilhosos! Localização ótima! Check-in e check-out eficientes. Café da manhã delicioso! E, muitos mimos para a aniversariante!

Tres pratique ,tres bien placer central près des boutique à pied, l hôtel est très charmant, les chambre full équipées très confortable le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner très bon .Le service impeccable et le personnel agréable. Nous y sommes allés en stop en famille avec nos 3 enfants, pour 3 jours après avoir passé une semaine à Carthagene.

Una de las mejores experiencias en hoteles genial super recomendado espero volver pronto muy como y confortable y familia esta feliz por la atencion recibida muy amables t atentos en todo momento creo que merecen no 5 sino 10 estrellas genual

Café da manhã vc escolhe no cardápio e eles preparam na hora, e vem muito rápido tudo quentinho. E vc pode pedir quanto quiser. Quarto maravilhoso e pessoal do Hotel sempre pronto para te atender e sempre atende qualquer pedido.
