I paid for three nights but left after the first one. A terrible hotel. The hotel has a central air conditioning system. This means you cannot turn the AC on or off, or adjust the temperature in your room. Furthermore, the air vent is positioned to blow air directly onto the bed. Cold air was blowing on me all night, and it was impossible to turn it off. I called reception and asked them to increase the temperature. After 20 minutes, they brought me a blanket and a device that was supposed to blow warm air. However, this device made a loud noise, making it impossible to sleep, all while the cold air continued to blow from the AC vent directly onto the bed. I called reception a second time and asked them to turn off the air supply completely. There was no reaction to this request. After that, the hotel administration completely ignored all my further attempts to communicate. The hotel refused to refund me for the two remaining nights. As a result, I had to move to another hotel and lost that money. I didn't sleep all night because of the cold, and spent half of the next day on the move. A day of my vacation was wasted, and so was the money. I do not recommend booking this hotel. About the location: The hotel is formally located in the Chapinero district, but not in the part where people hang out all night and restaurants are open. The streets around the hotel are completely empty in the evening, and the atmosphere feels unsafe due to suspicious individuals. Hotel Pros: · Large rooms. · decent breakfast. Everything else is a con: · None of the power outlets fit European plugs. · The rooms are cold, and it's impossible to adjust the air conditioning. · There is no room service in the evening; it's impossible to order food to the room. · The area is unsafe; it's unpleasant to walk to a restaurant at night. · The sink is located right in the room by the door, not in the bathroom. · The administration ignores problems and refuses to communicate.

Пребывание в отеле превзошли ожидания. Вид просто потрясающий, огромные панорамные окна. Идеальная тишина. Очень удобная, большая кровать. Чистота. Душ хороший с очень хорошим напором воды. Завтрак лучший за всю мою почти месячную поездку по Колумбии. Район с кучей ресторанов.Смарт телевизор.

The size of the room was much bigger than standard hotel rooms, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance of main roads and bus lines. The breakfast changed everyday, and there was always plenty of variety and friendly service. One thing I wasn't prepared for is the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, ss is common in Asia.

L’hôtel est tout récent et donc forcément pour qqn comme moi qui voyage énormément, il y a quand même quelques trucs à revoir ou considérer. Par exemple la salle de petirs déjeuners au troisième étage n’est pas vitrée en partie ce qui fait que vous êtes obligé de prendre le petit déjeuner avec un manteau car il fait très froid. La chambre est également assez froide sans chauffage, donc si vous êtes sensible :-( Un truc que je ne comprends pas non plus pour un tel établissement qui se veut quatre ou cinq étoiles, est qu’avec deux boulangeries à moins de 150 mètres de ne pas proposer de pain frais, why ? En passant, le grille-pain (low cost) ne toast que d’un seul côté par tranche. L’eau de la salle de bain n’est jamais très très chaude, juste acceptable. Le sèche-cheveux est tout petit genre pour enfants ou de voyage, qui souffle à peine plus qu’un ventilateur, simple radinerie! Ils n’ont pas pensé non plus encore 1 mettre de savonnette au lavabo pour se laver les mains. Par contre le quartier est top, connu pour ses bons restaurants, gastro et autres dans une zone résidentielle et on peut marcher à pieds à beaucoup d’autres endroits de la ville. Chambres tout confort, bon wifi et certaines ont une vue splendide.
