Amazing overall experience. The bed was much firmer than we would have liked and the room was not soundproof. You could hear everything on the floor above and next door. Other than those minor inconveniences it was an amazing stay. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed for one night during the week. Friendly at check in & out. Convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Also doors are very loud so you can hear whenever someone nearby goes in or out. Luckily it was not very busy so only heard one neighbors door at 630am. Would only stay here again for the convenience.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend time together and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel for a long time. I plan to come back again.

This place has cozy rooms and a beautiful facility. My husband and I enjoyed the gym, the basketball courts, and the delicious breakfasts. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel for another stay!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable.

We visit Greenwood often and often stay in one od the other nearby hotels and we switched things up and chose the Residence. So glad we did. This was our first time traveling with our service animal and there was plenty of space to take her for a walk. Everyone we encountered as far as staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was good. They ran out of food on Labor day, but I suspect it had something to do with the wedding group that was there and being completely obnoxious, but even with that, the staff handled it professionally and didn't blink an eye. I think we've found our new favorite place to stay in Greenwood.

We stayed here because my mother-in-law was in ICU at Saint Francis Hospital and my wife did not want to be far away from her. The hotel has a hospital rate. Rachel was the first person we were in contact with at the hotel. She was very compassionate and understanding as well as the rest of the staff . We were treated like family extremely nice and accommodating stayed two nights and they made the price very affordable. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. We are not PetPeople and have bad experiences that pet friendly hotels all the pets that were at this hotel with their owners were extremely well-behaved and you would never even know that this was a pet friendly place if you didn’t see the folks with the pets, smelled good and looked good. It was like a home away from home. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future under better circumstances for just a quick get away for a weekend or something.

Loved this Residence Inn. Loved the breakfast - exceptional. Loved the basket ball court. Rachel was great!

parking area and breakfast is good ! but house keeping service is not good !
