The Graham Street House is a lovely open floor plan on a secluded, wooded street very close to Main Street Boerne. This home has all the modern amenities and is a brief, lovely walk to restaurants and shops. It has a private, tree-filled back yard and parking right out front. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.A gate will be provided for the stairs.About customRules:Unfortunately, due to insurance, the loft isn't available for renter's use. Use of the swimming pool is at the users own risk. Lovely, bright house .4 miles from Main Street, private pool
This is such a great place! We enjoyed ourselves so much and we hope to go back on our next trip to Boerne. I HIGHLY recommend. Don’t walk, run to book your stay.

Excellent! Just as advertised. Clean and spacious. Near downtown (walking distance). Pool was awesome, everthing you would need if you want to cook.10 out of 10. Would stay again.

Excellent mini vacation !
Lovely, clean, easy access to d'town Boerne. Beautiful property. Hunter was very receptive to take care of our requests (pool floaties, propane tank, etc.). Will stay here again!

Perfect Get Away
This property is excellent! If you are looking for a private and relaxing retreat, look no further! My family of 6 enjoyed the private pool and amazing outdoor living space. The beds were very comfortable featuring Pottery Barn bedding and extra pillows. The kitchen has everything you need! Paper goods such as paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper were well stocked. They even provided beach towels for use during our stay. We brought our own basketball and had fun using the basketball hoop in the backyard. The property owner was super responsive. We will definitely rent this property again!

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable
The owner, Hunter, was an excellent host. He was very nice and helpful. Terrific property that was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, too! Great experience! We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property just as described
From first entry to leaving we were delighted with the property. Very clean, excellent equipment, good sized bedrooms all topped off with the excellent outside area and stunning pool. Location is great for an easy walk into Bourne.

Lovely house with pool
We were on a girls trip and loved floating in the pool every afternoon. A handrail at the pool would be helpful for older folks like us. The owner helped us quickly when we got locked out one day. The house is very nice. The kitchen is fabulous. We were pleased to find things we needed like detergent, spices, creamer etc. already there. The stairs are a little scary but we did OK.
